I am absolutely floored by the Customer Service Mary has provided me with. I was shopping around for storage in the area and StorageMart was the third place I came to. I was having a hard time getting the answers to questions I had about sizing and what would fit my best needs. Mary greeted me as soon as I walked in with the most friendly demeanor and she actually asked me questions on what I'd be storing so she could help me get into the right size. She does an amazing job connecting with customers, said hi to each current customer we walked by during our tour of units. I knew after about ten minutes with Mary I'd be renting with StorageMart. The unit I rented is for business purposes and as I'm in sales I could not help but leave my business card and ask if she'd be interested in our company. She politely thanked me and declined, stating she was happy at StorageMart. Then today, a couple weeks after I rented with her I stopped in the office to get a printed receipt for accounting records. She not only greeted me by name, but also knew my unit number. I'm not sure how many units are there, but I know it's A LOT. In addition, I have witnessed her saying hi to others by name. I'm not much for leaving reviews. I'm a quiet woman who can come off crabby. I've lived a hard life, but today your Manager Mary made my whole week. I've gone unnoticed most of my life due to my quiet nature, but Mary really made me feel special and like i mattered. Not just as a customer, but as a person. It was so simple, but please let her know how much she impacted my day. I have only been in the office a couple times to pay my bill, i usually just call the payment in. I was driving by and decided to go in the office to pay instead of call. As I walked in Mary smiled, stood up and asked how she could help me. I said i just needed to pay my rent. She said both my first and last name and asked me if she was correct. I was so impressed, floored to be honest. I asked her how she remembered my name with so many customers and units. She said she tries really hard to learn and remember customers names. There's a reason i stopped in instead of paying by the phone. I was having a horrible ending to a horrible week and she turned it all around by just showing she genuinely cares about us customers as people. Please let her know how thankful i am for her and that simple interaction. She will never know how deeply she impacted me. Hours later and I'm still smiling. I will never store anywhere else. A couple of months ago I thought about writing a review to let corporate know how wonderful the staff is here. Shame on me, I should have. I saw Mary out in blizzard like conditions assisting an elderly woman on the street jump her car at that time. Then today, my husband and I were at our unit and struggling to load a very heavy dresser into the back of our SUV. Mary came out immediately and asked if she could help us. Mary has the best customer service, always a smiling face and she would do anything to help the people who store here. She never ceases to amaze me and goes above and beyond. The management team at this location surely treats us like family. I forget the gentleman's name but he is just as outstanding. We have been long time customers and will not be going anywhere else. We had need of a storage locker and used your facility in Plymouth, MN for over a year. What a fantastic experience! Casey and Brad were so accommodating and went out of their way to help us. The building was clean with a very comfortable climate controlled unit. Although we didn't have need to use, I was pleasantly surprised that there were even restroom facilities available. We rent a unit with a different company in Florida and although they say we are paying for climate controlled, it is barely that, with much higher price and no amenities. I would not hesitate to use this facility again and would highly recommend to anyone who has a need. read more

StorageMart came to my rescue when my "other" public storage business decided to double my monthly rent and were not willing to negotiate. Within an hour, I had an account set up at StorageMart. Brad took time to show me available spaces for my storage needs, Mary helped get the rental account setup and ready go. The space I have at StorageMart is a controlled temperature space at 32% savings compared to the other public storage business. Can't beat that! I have never had a better experience with a temporary rental facility. This review regards the Storage Mart 970 on the frontage road along Hwy 169 in New Hope MN. Almost an immaculate storage facility. A few slobs try to challenge the cleanliness of the facility, but it's always cleaned-up by the next day. The buildings and parking areas are well lighted, making the facility safe and accessible 24/7. The interior of the facility has many dollies and carts, so transporting your storage items is relatively easy. read more
