They are super cheap at $14. We rented the splitter originally for 1 day, but ended up keeping it longer then our agreed upon time. The weather this weekend was rainy. I was expecting to be charged for 2 days but was pleasantly surprised when I got my email statement charging me for only 1 day due to rain. Great customer service.

I now use this facility to store my 28 foot R.V it is the place in the area that has parking spots so people can store their antique cars , boats , R.Vs , landscape trailers , motor homes . We got the first month free and then put the monthly charge on our credit card. The price for this was the best compared to others we called about. We got a code for the gate and could come and go fairly easy. They do lock it for the night for security reasons. This location is right next to North End Treats and the pool store. There is another location closer to the mall but we didn't go there to compare since we were so pleased at this place. I would highly recommend this spot. We also go a POD which was great since it came to the house and was taken away. However, you can't go in and out to get things like you can with the storage unit. Both have pros and cons.

Which can be a problem on some level because you are limited to accessing your storage by their set business hours. So evening hours to access storage is off limits, as is early weekend mornings. Other than that, the building is very clean, air tight, organized, pleasant, safe and a top notch place to store your stuff. One other down side is that it's pricey, but you pay more for what you get as they say!

Also, they don't have the hidden charge of insurance or buying a proprietary lock. The place is clean and easy to use. The only semi-weird thing is that there are load bearing columns in the units that you need to work around for storing your stuff but that's to be expected in a retrofitted old factory building. I believe the space taken up by these columns is not counted in the square footage of the unit so it's no big deal unless you're trying to store some sort of giant item. Anyway, highly recommended!
