I like that this mall has high end stores but it also has stores for everyone else. There's a food court and a movie theater, too. Some of my favorite stores include Sephora, Lululemon, VS/VS Pink, and Jo Malone. I don't come very often even though it's less than 10 minutes from work. The parking situation is usually a nightmare and the traffic around the mall doesn't help. I feel like it's congested everywhere around the mall all the time. I do stop in once in a great while if I really need something. It's very clean and they are always opening new stores. The food court has a pretty good selection of cuisines, but if you're looking for anything fancy, you won't find it there. If parking was a breeze, I would probably come in more often, but I guess that's a good thing, lol. Happy shopping!

The clientele, the cleanliness, the strong mix of high-end retailers and the restaurant offerings made this mall look like Beverly Hills! Only missing in the mall was a high-end car dealership (although Mercedes-Benz was only a few blocks away featuring AMG's)! We didn't have time to shop, but definitely eye candy stores everywhere...LV, Rolex, Celine, Tiffany's, Cartier, Prada, Balenciaga to name a few. Restaurants were great too; Barcelona Teleferic, Elephante, Catch, and Din Tai Fung (which we ordered to go since there was a 1.5 hr wait). One of the first things I noticed was how spacious the library feels. Everything looked clean and well maintained, which made it a really comfortable place to settle in and focus. There was actually already a line of people waiting outside for the library to open at 1 PM on Sunday, which says a lot about how popular it is. One feature I thought was especially cool is their seed library, where you can pick up seeds to plant your own plants at home. They also offer the usual cultural passes, which is always a great perk with a library card. Speaking of that, I really liked how unique their library card designs are. I was able to sign up for a card today thanks to a very helpful staff member who made the process quick and easy. Inside, there were plenty of tables and outlets almost everywhere, which made it perfect for getting work done. There is also a free charging center where you can charge devices. Parking was also simple. I parked at the Scottsdale Civic Center Garage, which made access really convenient. Overall, I was very happy with my visit today and will definitely be coming back.

Right after signing up we received a total of 6 weekly reports each Friday and after that no further Friday reports. So, we waited thinking that with the holiday coming up (Memorial Day) that the Friday reports was delayed and would eventually show up in our email. No reports continued after the September holiday, so we called Fry Investment and was told that somehow their reports was being rejected by our email carrier. I explained to the person I spoke with name Nate and informed him that our email never changed and why would we receive week by week the promised reports for 6 weeks and all of a sudden our email server, as Nate claims, was rejecting their reports. He then told me "well you can always jut go to the Fry website and read the most current report". I explained to him that the agreement was per Fry Investment was a weekly report via email as promised when we signed up. Frustrated with no help from Nate other that going to Fry Investment website and reading the report, I told them I wanted to end my subscription and a refund. He said it was more than 30 days and Fry Investment would not give me a refund. Interestingly, he had no problem with our email and sending us via email a letter regarding our termination. Spent close to $300 dollars and promises regarding what the company would do as a member was not done. Do not recommend Fry Investment to anyone!

I checked in on Yelp and they gave me a $2 off coupon (which I totally forgot to use when check out!). When I got back from my trip, they give you a card with where to get picked up. Depending on your terminal, the directions were pretty easy. I got picked up within 20 minutes and back to my truck with 10. I checked out and they gave me a free car wash coupon at Cobble Stone. I think that's why I forgot to show them my $2 off coupon. I got too excited for a free car wash! Thank you to the staff for making an easy in and out trip!

Once you've unpacked the vehicle of your belongings and locked up, a bus will usually be ready to pick you up at your car! The seating is nice and there's racks for your suitcases while you travel to the airport. They'll ask which airline you're going to and take you directly there. You'll also receive a card to give back them when you pick up your car, so they'll know where to drop you off. When you've come back and are ready to pick up your car, the buses will be located down in courtesy vehicles of the arrivals area. I think when you make the reservations you'll put in information about your flight too, so they'll have a general idea of when to pick you up. But make sure you get on the right bus, as there are three different locations. Once you're dropped off at your car, you'll drive back to the gates and scan your QR code again and pay. The first time I came here, I must have pulled a ticket from the machine going into the facility instead of scanning the barcode on the email that was sent to me when I made my initial reservation. Soooo, that led me to pay for a full day when I tried to exit. I don't remember actually pulling a ticket because I scanned my barcode when I went in. I guess omw out of the facility is when I pulled the ticket, and I panicked because there was no other way out and there were already 3 cars behind me. I was trapped so I had no choice but to pay twice my reservation cost, around $64 to get out. My second time, I read the email thoroughly and upon reading the response to my initial review from management, that is definitely what happened. Now I know better!! I do like this service as the shuttles come and go it seems every 5 minutes. Once I get to the curb at the airport, a shuttle usually just pulls right up. I don't have to text anyone or wait forever like I've had to do with other shuttles. My car is secured in their outdoor lot where most spots are actually covered, and the walk from the shuttle to my car is very short. The property is well lit and the office usually has an employee at the desk in the lobby area. Be sure to scan that email QR code upon entering and exiting so you don't make the same mistake I did! I asked the employee why do I have to pay extra, he kept rushing me to exit the parking without providing any explanations. He was not nice at all.
