Negative stars!!!!! Today I was hired by one of your tenants to inventory and organize a unit. My company came in and pulled items out to inventory and were harassed by your employees every 10min. We were told the cart needed to be in the designated cart area at all times even though we were using the area at the moment to organize. We were trying our best to move quickly and not be there any longer than we had to, during which no other tenants came to the facility. I have photographic proof that we left clear paths and were not impeding any other areas. The male manager threatened and lunged at me during a confrontation where he proceed to call me names, said I was a nobody, asked who hired me, and used curse words at me. I have never been treated this way in my life and it started from the moment we began our job. Your employee was so rude when we returned a truck during g your open hours but she was at lunch. I stopped and immediately saw her come out of the building giving me a dirty look and yelling, which I could not hear due to the truck noise. I would have kindly waited for her lunch to end and all wanted to know was could I drop the trailer off so I could fill the tanks on both trucks without having to deal with the trailer and if the Shell station's roof was high enough to handle the truck read more

This is the worst storage facility I've ever done business with. They raised our monthly rate without notice, (which is illegal- must give a 30 days notice) I went in on a Monday at 2:45 and the manager wasn't there to talk to so the employee told me to come back the following day to speak to the manager and could wave late fees since the manager wasn't there. The manager refused to give me corporates phone number or their email, refused to wave the late fee because "it's not her problem she wasn't working when I went in to speak with her about this issue" So now I'm out almost $100 this month due to them not properly notifying me of a price increase and then lying to me about waving the late fee and turning around and charging me the fee. Do yourself a favor and find a none scamming storage facility. read more

Mandy was amazing she made sure we got everything we needed, was very helpful and great customer service.

Moving might be a hassle but renting out a unit shouldn't! Which brings me to say that Mandy was so kind and quick to show us the units! We were out of there in less than an hour. I'd like to add that Both Jessica and Mandy were both very welcoming! Highlights:We appreciated the clear and helpful information. Great experience! As of this writing, Jan 30, 2022. There are bands of thieves stealing from the flimsy storage units, repeatedly hitting my unit, and we are waiting for the management to address the thefts. The units are not secure able. And there are upper openings between the units. BEWARE THIS LOCATION! They only insure your items up to $3000 so don't store anything valuable or that you care about here!!!! We were hit two days in a row abs had the police come out both times but management has yet to check their cameras. read more

Storage King has changed owner ship. They are the worst! I would never rent a space. They raise their rates regularly. I was on auto-pay, they stopped it and I had to pay $24.00. Was there three years and zero respect. Short rentals only or get price increases regularly. read more

STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS FACILITY AS POSSIBLE! DO NOT WASTE THE MONEY ON RENTING HERE BECAUSE YOU WILL HAVE MORE ITEMS OF VALUE MISSING THAN YOU PAY IN THE RENT WITH NO WAY OF GETTING IT BACK. If I could give this 0 stars I would. January 29,2022 my unit was broken in to. No physical damage was made to the lock or outside of the storage unit to "prove" there was a burglary so my claim was denied through the insurance company they recommend to you upon move. However, there are many ways for people to get in. Just days before the incident they had an auction on vacant storage units and then allow the buyers to remain unsupervised on the floor to do as they please. Coincidentally my unit had $2,000 worth of items missing. As I proceeded down to the office to inform the office about what happened, a gentleman on the same floor as me noticed his had been broken into as well. The manager Kimmy and the other associate that was at the desk proceeded to take information for their incident report. During this process she makes a comment to me "Your storage unit is so organized, you would've never known someone broke in". Did not sit well with me then, does not sit well with me now. She told me and the cop that was called for the report that it would take at least a week to comb through the footage. I called back a few days after to inform her I realized other things were missing and asked how the footage was coming along to get the response "It's going to take at least a month because I am going to have to have someone sitting at a computer for 8 hours a day to go through each entry way". It's now three months later and after I was notified by the insurance that the claim was denied due to the statement the manager gave and lack of physical evidence of forced entry I went back to the facility to ask for the footage and at first she says "I haven't gotten to it " then when I mentioned she made that statement she says "I meant I haven't gotten any evidence from the footage". I still have no progress on this claim and the manager and owner,is not helpful in any way. read more

I rented a unit here with the understanding of a safe and secure environment, only to find out the hard way that it's not. My unit was burglarized, not once, but twice in as many days. Then four weeks after the fact, I found out that the management team had not even taken the time to assist the police with watching the "so-called" security tapes to see what happened. When I questioned why, I was told it's going take at least three months to watch the film, THREE MONTHS!!! I don't believe the drives will hold the videos for that long, and it's already one month since it happened! Why would they lie to people saying there's security, then give out free access to non-tenants, and you won't even watch the films to see what happened? Evidently, the facility had an auction and sold unpaid units to a variety of buyers (two of which were next to my unit), then let those buyers have unsupervised access to the facility after hours without notifying tenants who actually pay to store stuff there. Sorry to say that the units are accessible not only from the opening at the top (first access point), but once the door tracks are loose, the door can be pried enough to pull the slide bolt out of the slot in the track and the door can be opened without removing the lock (second access point). It's applauding that they would stress security when people are given unsupervised access to do whatever they want with no one watching, and then not have anyone investigate the issue in a timely manner. Makes one think, Hmmm...what actually happened here, and how come no one seems to care enough to help those who pay to store their belongings in this so-called secure facility. Oh, and God forbid you are a day late on your payment, even though I sat in the office multiple days going over this incident, you are responsible for saying "I think I need to pay my bill". Yes, it's your responsibility to pay on time for this terribly run and unsecured facility. If you have a unit there, or are thinking of getting one, take pictures of everything, because that's the only security you will get from this place. And, as it was said to me, This is a storage place and valuables shouldn't be kept here..really says a lot. read more

I have been having a lot of problems with this location on not accepting my USAA insurance and making me use their own insurance. They charged me for their own insurance without my permission. After reading all these bad reviews, I'm concerned about their lack of knowledge and security protocols. I have never had any push back from any other business storage location on mu USAA insurance. So far we are very pleased with the storage facility. I have been able to get a cart when needed, they are conveniently placed in the elevators, and while we only store out of season decorations and the like, have been pleased with the pleasant staff, facility cleanliness, and convenient location. read more
