    THEY ARE NOT INSURED!!! On Sunday November 21st, we hired C&C Moving to help my husband and I unload our furniture. The next day I received a text message notifying me that the movers were running late. When the movers arrived, they were very nice and friendly and easy to talk to. However, in the very beginning they took an extremely long time to bring our 86" tv from the moving truck to our home. It was not far at all. We couldn't understand why it was taking so long. We even thought that they had left and did not want to do the job. But it turned out that they took an alternative route to bring the tv to our home. They unloaded the whole truck in a timely manner. After they left we started organizing and cleaning. When I was wiping down the tv, I noticed a crack on the screen. I immediately asked my husband for the remote and when we turned it on that's when we noticed our tv screen was damaged. I sent Carla a photo of the damage and asked who was going to repair my tv. I explained to her what happened and sent her a video of the walkway that the mover took and showed her how narrow and sharp the turns were. It's been 24 days since I contacted Carla to let her know about the damage. I have been calling and texting her to get an update and has completely ignored me. On 12/16/2021 at 5:19pm I text messaged Carla letting her know that I have not heard from her and if she had an update. Her reply was the following from her personal iPhone at 5:19pm. "Thank you for calling C and C moving. The office is closed, please visit us online at movinghelp.com. thank you again and have a great day! I checked her hours and she closes at 6pm... At this point I know that our t.v will not get repaired. This company does not have insurance and do not recommend them to anyone.

    What was left behind. They just left

    I scheduled with Carla for 12:30pm for a 3 hour service through MovingHelp with Uhaul. At first she contacted me quickly and appeared to be professional and in agreement. Until she texted the day before asking us for 11:00-11:30am start time. I said it's through uhaul for 12:30 but we would try to see if we can get the truck a little early. She sent her movers to our place at 10:00am. The movers met us at our originally scheduled time and stated they were leaving at 2:30 and were not going to finish. I asked for movers to complete. Carla stated I was rude after I sent those photos of abandoned property. They left our doors and the uhaul wide open. Wife was crying. We called uhaul support and they got us MC Movers through Carlos, the owner of MC movers. He said every mover is supposed to show up with tools to prepare to dissemble and reassemble furniture and prepare for additional requested time. They were not supposed to leave us hanging with an incomplete job. Carla surprised me because she texted lie after lie. First she said they had to leave because of the weather. Then she said I was rude. Then she just said they were leaving. So they left furniture in the old apartment, in the uhaul, and left our door wide open with our TVs, apple Mac, laptop, my wife's engagement ring, and more personal belongings with door open. My wife and I were helping C & C movers by helping move the belongings that we could carry. Carla blamed uhaul as well. We told uhaul and many people about this experience and they said this is actually a criminal and civil case. We made a police report for leaving our valuable belongings exposed. I've never heard of movers arriving without any tools, arriving two hours before the scheduled time and especially leaving without completing the job. This is the first and last time this happens to us!

    Very unprofessional, was informed they would provide licensed uniformed personnel with masks. Did not bring any tools to disassemble furniture, did not have box cutters. They did not bring different sized boxes nor did they use the packing materials to pack the breakable. To cut the boxes down to make smaller they used owners steak knives. They did not use a company moving truck they went and got a uhaul and returned the next day to load and take to storage. Heavy boxes were placed on top of light boxes causing breakage boxes collapsed. Items were shoved and thrown into storage. We suspect the packers were day laborers since they were not in company uniform. Only 2 of the boxes were actually marked with what was in it. We would not hire this company if they were the last company on earth

    We hired this company (specially Brandon) to help move our belongings to our new apartment. I do…read morewant to start by saying the team was very friendly and accommodating, especially when we ran into unexpected issues with our leasing office not giving us keys when previously agreed. They were patient and worked with us through that situation, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. Despite being told multiple times that the truck was "fully loaded," we returned to find several large items still left behind in our garage (see photo). These weren't small or easily manageable things -- they were exactly the type of items you hire movers to handle. At no point was it communicated that anything was being left. That's the biggest issue. If something doesn't fit or can't be taken, that needs to be clearly stated in the moment -- not discovered after the fact when we have already paid ($1100+) no longer have a way to transport it ourselves. What made the situation even more concerning was the complete lack of communication during the move. At one point, we lost track of them entirely (no response for nearly an hour)... as a result my partner ended up having to drive (12 minutes) back to the old apartment to find the truck leaving, then had to follow it for an extended period of time due to genuine concern about where our belongings were going. There were multiple wrong turns, and later the explanation given was that one phone had died and the other was in the back of the truck and couldn't be accessed. All of this happened while they had our garage door opener and full access to our home, which only added to the stress and concern. No customer should be put in a position where they feel they need to monitor movers to ensure their belongings are safe. We understand that moving days can be hectic and things don't always go perfectly, but clear communication and follow-through are the bare minimum -- and both were lacking here. While we appreciate their friendliness and flexibility, the job was not completed as expected, and the lack of transparency left a bad impression. If you use this company, I would strongly recommend confirming in person that everything is actually loaded before they leave. We won't be using them again.
