We have a company account with multiple units in our future plans but will not support this company because of a single employee's attitude. Will be speaking with the manager who is never available for some reason. There also used to be a handy clip that would hold open the door from the outside to enter the units, that is no longer there. The door to enter also sticks and needs to be shaken (as an attendant showed me) in order to open. Taking my company's business elsewhere. Unacceptable service.
