I had to stop by the office to fill out my paperwork and show them my license and official get my unit. here is where the problem started... Paul the manager was so rude my brother wanted for us to leave. I had already paid online. While filling out paperwork Paul demanded I give them another persons name and number. I refused, He basically told me I was out out of line. He said we need som to call when you don't pay for the uni. I have never heard of such a thing. Again I already paid. My brother said let's go sone where else. Again I was tired and already paid. I know this is long. It was bothering me because his rudeness continue. I called and there was no answe. I wanted to report him to the owne. The next day Paul the rudest called me. I told him o wanted to speak to the owner and he responded that I was NEVER GOING YO EVER speak to the owner. I gave him a bad review on Facebook I screenshot it. He blocked me from the page. I'm hoping Scott the Owner see this. The fability is great clean brand new prices are fair. The staff were unhelpful especially Donna as she was dismissive, rude, and communication was almost nonexistent On top of that, the pricing is ridiculous for the quality of service provided. Other Extra Space locations operate far better, but this one seriously damages the company's reputation. I absolutely would not recommend this location to anyone.

The fact that they have someone in the office 50-60 hrs per week along with surveillance cameras monitoring every row of units ensured my possessions would be safe. I rented for 6 months and have nothing but positive feedback for this company, facility, and the manager Deb! As far the reviewer that gave it 1 star and felt "they might as well as left items outside", sounds like "pilot error" to me. Although I did have to adjust the door to my unit to prevent dust from blowing under door gasket I had no issues. But, I did as they suggested by bagging my leather couch etc, and buying those anti-mildew tubs they sell in the office. People simply need to use more common sense and own their actions especially when they are sel-destructive.

The staff is always quick to help with any issues such as when I need to add another unit temporarily or need my access hours extended. As an antique dealer, I have many business friends who also use storage facilities throughout New England and I get to hear all their problems and complaints. Luckily, that is not the situation here. Even in inclement weather the area is always plowed and or shoveled to easily access my unit. I've never had a problem with gate access and clean restrooms are always available - even though it's not a climate controlled unit, I have never had any damage from water or moisture, and never hesitate to leave anything in my unit.

I initially did some moving…read morecompanies comparisons, and ultimately decided on Mozart as the background office staff was informative, courteous, professional and timely, and they answered all of my questions, that is a feat in itself. The movers made contact when they were en route to my location, and showed up on time. All three of the movers introduced themselves, and post my tour of what they needed to move, they went to work. Our move was sizeable 3bd apt in a house to a 2bd smaller townhouse. They disassembled, reassembled, and arranged furniture in the most effective configuration. They were real people who truly cared about the job they did. They also understood how stressful moving is. My move took 6 hours and they were moving the entire time. Nothing broken and they were a super effective team. (hopefully no time soon...the process of moving bites) If I ever need movers again Mozart Movers are going to be my choice.
