The technician rushed through the job, skipped areas that are always treated, and did not provide the level of thoroughness I'm paying for. It felt lazy and incomplete. I documented the entire issue on video and sent it directly to the company. Not only was the service subpar, but the lack of response afterward made it worse. When customers have to provide evidence just to be taken seriously, that's a problem. Consistency matters. Accountability matters. The receptionist explained the pricing structure very well (reasonable prices). Our technician came to the door and introduced himself when he first got here and explained what he was going to do. He spent about 45 minutes spraying and cleaning the spiderwebs under the eves. He let me know when he was finished and asked if I had any questions. I asked him to please check the gate and keep it closed as we have an older cat who spends lots of time relaxing in the backyard and can't climb the fence. I didn't want him getting out front.
