Stopped in here late night for a quick bite and was pleasantly surprised how good the food was. I got the caesar wrap with fries and coleslaw. Everything was tasty and was a good portion. I'm never going to this diner again! I have completely run out of patience, tolerance, and acceptance to endurance such ignorance and arrogance from a waiter that has a narcissist personality disorder. The first encounter happened awhile ago. I told the waiter that I didn't want lumps in my grits at the time of ordering. He came back and I told him about the lump in the grits. He says there's only one and walked off. The problem with lumps is, I don't eat grits with lumps and I'm not going to pay for lumps going out to eat. Today 11/18 I ordered an egg white veggie omelette with turkey bacon. It was not clear to me that the bacon would be cut up inside the omelette. While I'm trying to ask about the bacon he walks off and then comes back. Takes an ink pin and points to the bacon less than inches away from the egg. I understand that the chef has to use their hands dealing with the food but for the waiter to bring the food and use a foreign object let alone his finger over my freaking food is totally unacceptable and won't be tolerated. I WAS LIVID and for him failing to comprehend that his actions weren't normal, is outrageous. He stood there trying to play it off by saying he did nothing wrong and he just pointed at the food trying to hid the ink pen and failing to take accountability provoking the situation. All he had to say was that it was cut up inside of the omelette. It seems like the last three times I came, I was being placed in this guys section. They know me in this restaurant and they failed to read the room. I've previously expressed my concerns. It's not a good morning, it's hard but I'll try to... inspire more, yelp more! read more

We had an hour to spend as the park we were visiting did not open until noon. We found this online and we're happy to see that it was five minutes away. This was a real find for us but well known to the locals, so we had to wait a bit for a table. Well worth it, as the food was delicious and more than generous. First time here, based on the reviews even though there is a diner much closer to my house. I was alone and seated right away and given a menu. They have an early bird special from 3-6pm, which I loved. However, I came for a cheeseburger deluxe and my order was taken pretty quickly. The diner was not very busy in a Thursday night at 5:45. The decor was that of a typical diner. Counter, tables etc. Having already ordered, they came back to ask me if I wanted pickles and coleslaw. I said yes, as I'm famished and I love both but let's see if it's in the bill as I don't remember if it's part of the deluxe. The coleslaw was pretty good, not too far off from my own which is definitely better. However for a diner I was pleasantly surprised by the coleslaw. The cheeseburger looked delicious and tasted great. It had two onion rings which I loved! I eat as much as I could and tasted everything. I definitely got my cheeseburger need met. I would certainly return for the food. The only thing I don't like, that may cause me not to return is that they charge a 4% fee if using a credit card. Too bad as that is just another way for businesses to increase their bottom line some not many people carry cash. It use to be a cost of doing business and allowed more people to patronize them. It was great they were very very busy but took the time to look up made eye contact and asked would you please give us a moment? Sat us in a booth by the window left the menus and shortly there after the busboy came and asked if we wanted something in addition to water to drink. While it's the only dinner left in the area it's an ok spot if you don't have food allergies or dietary requests. Took our baby to the vet for his regular checkup and had to wait awhile to pick him up. Found this gem on Google. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by smiles and feel so welcomed. I was seated right away, given a glass of water, & offered coffee tea juice while I looked over the menu. The gentleman at the bar was very nice and took my order fairly quickly it took about 10-15 mins for the food to come out and it was GREAT. I got a 3 egg omelette with bell peppers, onions and cheddar cheese. The omelette came with home style fries/potatoes and toast (not pictured). I usually don't eat my toast but they buttered the toast for me so it was melted and on both sides of the bread ?! I couldn't resist after that. I also got a large orange juice all for about $20. I wish the onions in the omelette were grilled but I forgot to ask before ordering so that's on me the food still hit. The eggs were cooked thoroughly and the cheese was melted to perfectionnnn The overall vibe in the diner was very nice there was a good amount of people there but I still had someone checking in or making sure I had everything I needed and big shout out to the gentleman at the bar he was very sweet! The food is excellent they get large amounts. The reason for the three star rating is because within the last year or two the quality of the coffee has dropped dramatically. There's nothing better in the world than to get a strong jolt of coffee in the morning or at least while you're having breakfast. I think of it this way instead of putting in one scoop of coffee for 8 ounces of water they may be using one scoop of coffee for 12 ounces of water. Stretch the quantity but the quality suffers. As is, I will not go there and order coffee. As soon as the coffee quality increases I'll try again and then review again. read more

It was a noisy spot but the service was GREAT! Ordered lunch specials and they were complete, 2 people ordered from regular menu. Just order the cheesecake. If you order the cheesecake it makes every other flaw you notice disappear. When we were seated, we were handed the menus and dinner special menu. We waited 15 minutes before being acknowledged. It was strange but we took the time to debate what we wanted because the menu has so much to choose from. When we were finally ordering, our waiter told us that the food was not available from the middle of the menu down. It was very disappointing because I was so excited to have a spinach pie. I don't know what it is, but spinach pies are always on the menu places and they are difficult to be found. I ordered the turkey burger deluxe with avocado, lettuce tomato, sweet potato fries, cheese. None of the burgers here are frozen and that's great! They are fresh to order. My burger was good. The brioche was slightly toasted, burger thickness great. Turkey slightly dry. But it was a good turkey burger ($16.95) We also ordered the chicken scampi. A lot of flavor! Sautéed feta and spinach. The chicken was very tender and thin pieces of chicken but a lot of it ($20.95). Eggs were ordered medium well and they were dry runny. What made the entire visit was the cheesecake. Just order the cheesecake. It's been the best one since trying my great grandmothers recipe! If you like a boozy brunch or dinner, this is your place! They have so many cocktails! I was astonished. Called manager he says since they gave the complete order to them I had to contact Uber eats.
