After an appointment in north Seattle, I noticed my car making loud noises. I pulled into Pacific Rim's completely full parking lot when something gave way underneath my car and began to drag on the ground. Although the repair ended up being minor, Jeremy ran out and spent the better part of 30-40 minutes on the ground, beneath my car, attempting to reattach the broken, plastic cover, so I could safely go home. I do not live in the area and just pulled up Pacific Rim on my phone. I am so glad I did. Jeremy wouldn't take a dime for the service, which speaks volumes about the value he and the company place on customers ... and those non-customers who just need a little help. I HIGHLY recommend them.

In my case the first visit my license plate screws were rusted on so I couldn't get them off to put on new plates. I took it down to High Road and it was taken care of in about an hour. They called me when it was ready, and I came right back over. My second visit again, that light (no pun intended) but annoying job - was literally a light job - changing out brake lights. Yeah I tried to do it myself and it was just frustrating getting the panel off. The technician did them both for me in like 20 minutes. Each of my visits it cost me a little over $35. Steep? Maybe a bit, but I've all but reached that point where these annoying little jobs are worth me paying a few dollars to get done in a few minutes. Especially when the technicians have the tools, the know-how and a garage. Yeah, doing any kind of car work when it's cold and or rainy outside is not fun. Each of my visits, the front staff were very pleasant, and I hear the same when they interact with others via phone or walk ins. It's also very convenient here which is also a plus, right on Leary ave., not hard to miss. The couple snags about High Road is parking is a bit tricky. The parking is usually taken up by other customer cars or nearby patrons of the breweries or other businesses so it's a tricky on a busy day. Also they're closed on weekends. That's a drag because I work all day on Weekdays so it's also tricky getting here at a time that works for me. It's a big letdown. Other than that, I've liked the service I've gotten here and will continue to come back.
