This inside is nice lots of seating very clean you order at the register and then they bring your food to your table the staff were all really kind I could tell they enjoyed their job another thing I would like to point out is that you have to grab your own plates and utensils there right next to the soda machine. Parking is pretty located in the plaza with target and LA fitness. My coworkers and I came around noon for a weekday lunch, was around 30% full. I got the tri tip sandwich with side of cole slaw ($14). Cashier gives you a beeper and food will be brought out when made. The portion here is pretty big, was only able to finish half the sandwich. The tri tip was fresh and went super well with the arugula and pickles. The cole slaw was amazing! Not the traditional mayo sauce but a light Italian dressing with peanuts and cabbage~ could eat bowls of those. I have yet to dine at this location, but they do seem to have spacious seating inside and outside the restaurant. The mobile ordering is very easy and the food selection is great. We really enjoy the convenience of ordering a variety of items that seem relatively healthy, such as a salad, a pasta with protein, and fresh pizza (granted the last two may not be all that healthy). The south of the border salad has been our go to salad, because you can choose tri tip as a meat option. The pesto pasta with chicken as an add on has also been a tasty choice, and the pizza is more of an individual size and kind of like an appetizer to the combo meal. The associates have been extremely friendly and quick to help when we have entered the store. The to go containers are sturdy and packed well, and they always include utensils for our convenience. went here today. Apparently "their system is down", noted on a sign posted on the entrance door. I entered, and was met by a completely hysterical woman who said, "Don't you see on the door that the system is down?". I replied, "yes, but do you take cash?". she repeated again that their system is down, while all of the cooks are just standing there like meerkats looking at me. The following review is from the second of two pick-up catering orders my company has placed over the past 4 months. a) Placing the order online is easy. The biggest challenge is choosing the most popular options among our group! The only difficulty I didn't was was expanding the details or follow-up questions. For example, I didn't know I could ask for the pork ribs to be cut. b) The value for the amount of delicious food and the variety of food that we provide our guests in a buffet. The Mega Feast serves 12 adults: two whole chickens, one whole tri tip, one full rack of baby back pork ribs, my choice of pasta (I chose pesto), my choice of side (roasted vegetables), either garden or caesar salad, and 24 freshly baked breadsticks. (I guess we have some light-eaters because we had leftovers. We probably could have fed 15 adults.) We ordered multiple Mega Feasts. All the meats are seasoned well and tender; the meat easily comes off the bone. Pasta was al dente, (pine) nutty and creamy -- not soggy after we had an ice-breaker before eating. So thankful online ordering allows me to request the dressing tossed in the salad. c) Customer service is excellent. Technology can easily send a confirmation after I place the order. However, a SG employee called me an hour before the pick-up time to confirm if I'd like utensils and serving utensils as well as plates with the order. I didn't specify on the order. So thorough and helpful. The kitchen team labels the pans, pasta, sides, etc. So helpful to confirm that my order has been fulfilled. Also eases the buffet arrangement, starting with salad :) and ending with protein and sauces. When I arrived, a pick-up counter employee welcomed me and asked if I needed help. He confirmed that my order was being completed. Then a team of employees helped carry out the catering order to my car. They also worked together to ensure bags and trays wouldn't slide around the trunk. (The recent experience was consistent with the experience four months ago. Just as excellent and very polite service by SF team members.) d) Sustainability practices - when the employee called me, she asked if they could consolidate multiple orders into larger catering pans (trays) -- instead of using multiple smaller pans (trays). Yes, we used our empty smaller trays to package leftovers. We appreciate that SF doesn't use excessive amounts of plastic packaging. The company doesn't include utensils by default; I was asked (for comprehensive customer service) and I did want the utensils. The serving utensils (tongs and spoons) are a decent quality; we saved, washed and plan to reuse them. We'll be back in a few months for our next gathering! read more

It's fresh and made to perfection. It's fresh. Cooked very well. The restaurant is very clean, very welcoming, and staff is very friendly. The service is warm and treat you right away like a family. The prices are so affordable. We love it because the portions are Soo huge and even though it's just for the 3 of us it's always great for some leftover. You can dine in or eat outside at the patio. Awk lol! Why are the breadsticks so tiny??? Interesting restaurant. There are lots of 5 stars from before but a lot more 1 star reviews nowadays. I ordered the personal tri tip plate--in which there's only 6oz and 12oz, no longer 6oz and 10oz. Got the 12oz with a garden salad and mac and cheese. Boyfriend got the bbq pizza. When he asked what is on the pizza, the girl at the front said not much... lolol way to sell the pizza. We sat outside, and the breadsticks came! Comically small haha. Not terrible tasting. The tri tip was soft. Not terrible but not the best. Never got my salad. Mac and cheese tastes like the trader joe's frozen mac and cheese but worse. I walked in for lunch on a weekday to a sparse dining room and kitchen. I ordered the shareable size Alfresto which is half pesto and half alfredo pasta. I appreciate that they give some half and half options. I think that if they offered different pasta shapes it would make for some great combinations. The price was decent considering it was enough for two people. The wait was about 15 minutes or so which is a little longer than I thought it would be but I'll just chalk it up to having to make the pasta from scratch. The pesto is my favorite item though I can't admit it is a little bit oily. Still, the pesto is delicious. The alfredo was decent by itself and made better when I mixed it with the pesto. My company catered a lunch from here. They ordered the BBQ chicken, BBQ brisket, mashed potatoes, and the chopped salad. The food showed up a little late, which was fine for our meeting, but not ideal. A huge amount of food showed up for what we ordered. The food was okay. Everyone liked the mashed potatoes. I didn't try the chicken, but the brisket was definitely not as tender as I've come to expect (I now live in the South, and now most California BBQ is ruined for me).
