He did a couple of computerized renderings of our front yard, and we compared his ideas to my drawings, and wow, almost identical. The entire project took a mere 5 days. Even the neighbors were impressed especially with the high quality work. We had the entire front yard revamped and the driveway went from 2 car parking to 3 car parking with the walkways going from 3' to 6' with a new 6' walkway going from the house to the sidewalk. We reused all the existing plants we had, which saved us a bundle and look awesome in their new homes. Stephen had the crew run electrical conduit in case we changed our minds on path lighting. Good call! We changed our minds! So after the project was finished Stephen himself came out and put in the path lighting himself. After all said and done, I noticed that we had a problem with the sprinkler line under the side walk missing dirt. I texted Stephen and he immediately jumped into action to get the issue fix. The job took about 3 weeks and the final cost was close to the original estimate. I received about 4 bids prior to choosing Dana Pacific. Far and away, I knew immediately that Socorro was the most honest, knowledgeable and professional of all the companies I talked to. His estimate was in the middle--not the cheapest not the most expensive so it seemed fair and complete. He and the crew came every day from about 7:30-4:00 as long as it wasn't raining. They did a fantastic job. My yard looks better than I could have ever imagined. They were a pleasure to work with. Very friendly, always checking to see if I had questions, etc. He's followed up to see how everything is going, if I have any questions, and offered to come back out and check on everything and do a bit of weeding. I have another very large job I'm planning...removing my deck on the front of my house and building a new one, moving the front steps and building a new retaining wall.
