We are currently at Stoned Pizza Kitchen. We ordered an appetizer and three mini pizzas over an hour ago and we still have not gotten any of them. Someone did stop by our table to tell us that our pizza got dropped in the kitchen and they were remaking it. I asked if we could get at least the wings, to which the guy disappeared and has not returned. The worst thing is that you pay when you order (including tip!), so we can't even just leave and go somewhere else. We will not be recommending this restaurant. read more

Cute shop, nice cashier, great location. I ordered bruschetta, and was served two hamburger bun tops, cut in half. They had a glaze on them and a tomato slice on top (also sun dried tomato's?). I'm not sure what i would call it, but i couldn't eat it and it sure wasn't bruschetta. Stick to the salads and pizza. read more

Stopped by on our way to Stone Mountain. Was pleasantly surprised by a random hipster pizza joint in the middle of kind of nowhere. The service was great. Everyone was very accommodating and super nice. We ordered the supreme pizza and stuffed mushroom. Everything was so so good! I will definitely be coming back every time we come this way!! read more

Originally gave this place a good rating but after today will never go back. Called in a order a xl pep, 10pcs got wings with Lemon pepper sprinkle . The chick that took the order was so damn rude that should have been my first sign not to order but kids are hungry. I go in to pick it up she still has an attitude. Shop has only been open for 30mins how can you be that angry already. The woman that checked me out was sweet look like she went into her own bag to give me change. Food smelled good got home......the wings were chewed up and so freaking small. They were mush. The pizza was disgusting. Burnt on the bottom and that just ruined it. Ever seen kids turn down pizza mine did. Was a waste of money will not be back. Domino's pizza and wings taste better than what I got today. read more

First time here and the service was god awful. Didn't even get greeted walking in and no it wasn't busy. It took forever for me to get the simplest of pizzas(a cheese and basil pizza) not to mention it was only an 8in. I finally got it after 30 minutes only for it to not have ANY flavor whatsoever. Like no salt really?? Don't waste your coin. read more

as bryson tiller once said.....don't i use to LOVE coming here. defended this places food with my heart when friends would say the sht is gross! everything went downhill. customer service is terrible. a brown skin woman with flat ironed hair [looks about late 20s early 30s] has an attitude that's worse than the pizza. like she can't get seen off the clock...anyway...they got my order wrong after waiting 20+min. it was supposed to be half cheese and half sausage. they don't pick up the phone either. i'll let the pictures finish talking read more

We went to Stoned Pizza on 4/23. Ordered a 10 piece wing and a 12 inch pepperoni pizza. First of all, they messed up the order and gave us an 8 inch pizza. The wings were the size of cornish hen wings. They were also turning customers away at the door, claiming they couldn't take their order. I would not recommend this spot at all. I only gave it 1 star because it wouldn't let me post without giving it a star. read more

Food was great. Service was not, under staffed and owner was no help. Server did her best being alone. Owner only paid attention to his friends that were in the restaurant and sat down while it was very busy. Only 1 server and 1 cook at a busy lunch time. They did there best. Owner had a bad attitude read more

Terrible. The WORST customer service we have ever seen. Yesterday we were looking for food in the area as we were staying at the Stone Mountain Resort. We left the park and found this place around the corner. It said they closed at 9pm. We arrived at 7:44pm. When we walked in we were approached by a young black girl who said, "Sorry we're closed..." My Girlfriend said, "It says you're open till 9pm." The employee replies, "We sold out of a lot of stuff." As I began to ask "what stuff do you have left?" she began waving her hand for us to leave and slowly walked away. She waived us away like animals and we had only been there for like 30 seconds. It was the weirdest interaction we HAVE EVER HAD. This employee should be fired. We will never be back. It appeared she was just being lazy and didn't want to work. read more

Just noticed this place out of the corner of my eye in Downtown St. Mountain. Nice spot. Waitress Ophelia was attentive to my needs while I waited as well as fulfilling my request for a special order. Must visit for enjoying sporting events. Limited space, but sufficient. read more

The decor is a bit sterile but the smiles and warmth of the staff made up for that. I ordered a personal pizza and it was simply wonderful. The crust was as good as it gets, the mushrooms were massive and fresh and the peppers were beautifully roasted. I don't think anything comes from a can here. Next time in in town I'll try out a salad and maybe the lasagna. read more

TOTALLY NOT SATISFIED with the pizza AND THE SERVICE todayBeen here a couple of times. On my first visit, I brought my dance troupe (18) to eat before the Christmas parade. Nice atmosphere, service, and good food. Visited again with a couple of friends...not the same great experience but we stuck it out. My last visit was TERRIBLE! I ordered a small pizza (beef & cheese) which took 32 minutes to arrive (we were there at 11:50...NO ONE was in there) Pizza came out and the crust was just too thick. Took one bite and the taste wasn't even good. Returned it and asked for it to be removed from my ticket. Management gave me 15% off Oh... I won't be back and I LOVE supporting Black businesses but this one, I cannot do any more. read more

Sadly, this place seems to be going down. This was our FAVORITE pizza place and one point. Not only was it a shining beacon in the center of the somewhat dismal, downtown Stone Mountain - but the pizza was hand tossed, plentiful on sauce, cheeses, meats and other ingredients and down right DELICIOUS. But lately, the pizza has been very thin layered, lacking tremendously on all of the said ingredients and the taste quality has noticeably gone down. And the delivery service is comically bad- maybe it's a door dash issue here, but the pizza arrives late every time and they sit the box at your front door out in the cold and don't ring the doorbell. My wife and I ordered two pizzas from them in row because of this issue and BOTH times the pizza arrived ice cold from a delivery driver who didn't ring the doorbell. Back on the lack of ingredients and taste, I did speak to a manager there named Tsunami who advised that we ask for extra cheese, meat, etc. in the future, since they've decided to cut back on the amount of toppings and ingredients, namely the cheese, because of climbing costs. If we order in the future, we'll be sure to ask for 'extra of everything' (if we remember to ask) but it still feels like a stray away from their brand. I hear COVID-19 is driving the cost of everything up these days - It's just disappointing to see a town favorite like this one slowly headed downward. I hope they find a way to stick to the original plan. It was a success read more

Tried to order over the phone after trying to place an order online. When placing an order online, there were prompts forcing me to add items that cost more, and there was no other option. I called in to place the order and was told only online. I pointed out the issue with their system. The person who answered gave the phone to someone else. She asked me to explain the issue, which I did again. She said she would "refund me the money after I placed the order." I then pointed out everything online was upcharged, and a convenience fee was being forced as well. She told me, "You don't have to order then," and hangs up. I immediately called back to clarify that she hung up and asked if she was the manager, assuming since the phone was handed to her. She said she's the "owner, and if I don't want to f*cking order and pay the convenience fee, then I don't have to" and HUNG UP AGAIN. Completely shocked how this place exists if this is the service. I had overheard from other restaurants nearby that this place was miserable when it comes to service, and this coming from other people in the industry. I tried to give it a shot despite that feedback. Lesson learned. Hopefully, you all heed this warning that I didnt from them. Yikes. Beyond disrespectful and completely uncalled for. Forcing people to pay for the order to placed online and ONLY accepting orders online is a quick way to kill your business... along with the despicable attitude. Convenience fees are one thing, but when your system is set up to rob people, that's another level of sleeziness. read more

I'm so disappointed that this was not everything that I have been dreaming since following them on IG. It was a Saturday night around 6:30 when I decided to try them out. When walking in I was greeted by staff but I was shocked at how the staff were wearing their mask. Its the middle of a pandemic for goodness sake people and I'm a Healthcare worker so I was immediately irritated but I was so hungry and drove their. Many of the staff had their nose exposed or had their mask under their chin, Unacceptable!! The customer service was very slow, unorganized and did I say slow. The waitress was super sweet but didn't know any of type of vodka or beer that was offered. I ordered the Bianca pizza add basil. It was OK not great but not awful but definitely needs some attention. It didn't have great flavor or any type of flavoe but the pizza dough is absolutely is very good!!! I honestly can't say that if I will return or not. read more

Pizza was decent. Price was reasonable. If your in that area and want pizza I would recommend it. The dining area is small. The bathroom was clean and the staff were professional and nice. There was only one other party that was not sitting at the bar and it took a while for food to get there. My son had the wings and said they were good. He is pretty picky. We had a large pizza with pep and sausage. I had a salad. The greens were fresh and it tasted good. read more

First time having stoned pizza kitchen, I am a New Yorker so I am a big pizza critic. The dough was not fresh , I don't know how it is prepared Or stored for a later day but it gave off a stale after taste. I also ordered the garlic knots, very stale. Only thing that was ok was the Zeppolis because it was covered in cinnamon and sugar but those are not zeppolis I'm used to them covered in powder sugar. read more

Horrible place I wish I could give this place no stars, but it won't allow me to ! They never have anything in stock all the workers are lazy. I went there yesterday and waited 45 min for nothing no for her to tell us our food still wasn't ready. Then she tells us they don't have wings 15 mins after we ordered. Being from out of town, I had high hopes for this place but was incredibly disappointed. Our food took over 30 minutes to be delivered to our table. I really had high hopes for this place. So we've ordered from here via delivery several times. Had a few issues with delivery and we received a $15 credit. We decided to come in to give them another chance. Wow. The following events that occurred, you wouldn't believe. Soooo... We sat at the bar. Was ignored. Finally, someone took our cocktail order and food. Took awhile for food to come. Cool. Calamari was soggy. Sent it back, asked for mozzarella sticks. Didn't have it. She never came back to check on us. Drinks are empty at this point. Food comes out (a turkey burger) it was cold. Luke warm fries. So the lady who took my order comes out. I began explaining to her my unhappiness. Charles (working the bar but never acknowledged us) comes over, grab our tab and says "You don't have to pay for anything, just get the fuck out!" Now, I am old enough to be this young man's mother. I was shocked. That was not ok. Actually, it was very disrespectful. I will not spend another dime in this place. Shame on you, Charles! read more

I have been extremely disappointed in the progression of Stone Pizza, in Stone Mountain. As long time Stone Mtn residents we were priveledged to see it open and have been going there since. However, over the past few months the level of service and quality of the location has gone done significantly. Upon our last visit two weeks ago, tables were uncleaned, and the service was poor. This is on the heels of not-great service we say several months ago. We're not sure if any of this is COVID related, with regards to personnel, but with new restaurants opening in Stone Mtn,, we're disappointed that this one is going down hill and potentially losing new visitors. read more

I'm new to the area and wanted to try out new places to eat. I walked in exactly at 9pm and automatically I noticed that all the chairs had been tilted against the tables. My first question walking in was if they were still serving and I was told a solid NO. I questioned that the restaurant said it was opened until 10pm and was told that they were not serving anymore. I wasn't even offered a To go order. Honestly it ruined my first night out in town what a way to welcome. I did research for places near me and I was sold on this one but after tonight I won't be coming back anytime soon. Zero starts is deserved but can't leave a review without a star. read more

This place is amazing. Patient staff/employees and great service, can't wait to visit again.

Unfortunately had to change my review from 5 starts to 2 stars. Initially we truly enjoyed Stoned Pizza but after 3 bad experiences that has changed. Everyone makes mistakes so after the first and second we decided to give them another try. We ordered pizza, 20 wings and fries via DoorDash and they forgot the wings and got the pizza wrong. The second delivery the wings were wrong and the pizza was stuck to the top of the box. The THIRD delivery, the pizza was not done and the cheese was once again stuck to the top of the box. At this point we kept the food as it has been almost 3 hours and we have children. They offered us a free large pizza to redeem at another time in return for the poor service. I would give a one star review but the in house driver was SO nice and apologetic for what was clearly not her mistake. I love supporting small businesses but at some point enough is enough. read more

I though the pizza ok, the staff was very friendly. Everything in the city closes by 8, so there is not much choice as to what you want. My wife did not like the Red Rita pizza at all however, I thought it was decent. The crust was a little soggy, but not inedible. read more

The worst service ever. Kids serving alcohol. Pizza fell apart because crust was too thin and under cooked. Got a greek salad with the wrong dressing because it was actually for another table. Nice looking establishment and the waitress (Yulisa) was very nice however, the food was overcooked and unseasoned. We ordered the grill salmon with sautéed spinach and Alfredo pasta added shrimp and salmon.
