No one was at the counter and I realized I had not received the portal pickup code. I waited for a couple of minutes for someone to notice me but no one came until I whistled out and said "hey loudly is anyone working" and asked why is it so noisy in here and the reply was that's not noise that's music to which I replied at that volume it's noise. So I said I'm picking up a app order and the young lady asked my name. She acknowledged the order and said it was in the portal and I replied I never received the code. After a few back and forth comments she would not just give me my order. Granted it's already paid for. I said I usually get it via email or text but this time it didn't come through....again she would not just give it to me. She then went back to what she was doing out of my view so I went into the app and found the code as you will see in my attached photos. Now being a little perturbed the experience I just grab the pizza and go without looking in the box "Big mistake". Got in the car and still didn't look in the box because on the outside of the box as seen below in blue ink "Thin Pep" so I should be good right. I get home and it a traditional pepperoni with all the excess bread. This is not the first time this has happened and even it I had caught it while there, I'm not sure I trust them to remake it because of their poor customer service and attitude without maybe doing something to my food. I will never give them my business again. Reporting this experience to the corporate office first thing Monday morning.
