This experience I just had has turned me away from Pizza Hut. I dislike giving bad reviews, when I give them, it is to fix a locations service. The only Pizza Hut I can say has been consistent is now closed (not sure if permanently). The location on memorial drive in Stone Mountain. Back to this location. The parking and location is not kept up. I ordered three pizzas. One from a rewards and two others purchased. The short of it , the order was totally screwed up. I made sure I looked at the pizza before leaving. Told them it was wrong, they told me they make it according to what comes in. I showed her what I ordered in the app. She literally told me I was wrong, cut me off and her tone was not one to try and work it out. I left and came back to get a complaint number. So it's a mystery as to why this location is still even in business it just goes to show that people no longer care about quality service or professionalism they only care about convenience and being the only Pizza Hut within a 7 to 10 mile radius of the area I'm pretty sure that's the only reason why this establishment is in still in business I would love it if they closed it down or just someone else with any type of level of customer service and quality assurance would please take over this establishment and fire everybody to do a clean house and hire a whole new staff and management. read more

The service is good and they always have deals, but they have no one working. My pizza was undercooked and kind of cold like they didn't keep it in the oven long. I've never seen such poor service in my life. There oughta be a law against the operator of this store serving nothing but garbage. The cost I paid for the pizza received. I would have been better off going to a supermarket and buying a frozen pizza. Not only did I not get what I ordered. The personnel bounced up out the joint - locked the door and was in the wind to wherever. I saw her return and offered no explanation for her sudden departure. Please whatever you do stay away from this joint. They are the worst you will find. If you really must eat something and they are the only place open. Drink plenty of water and fast. As i'm texting this review in the car (i'm not driving, relax), the pizza smells good, though in the past i've experienced under cooked, over cooked just average pizza. I love their pizzas, p'zones, garlic cheesy bread knots, 4 drinks to go, and sometimes their bread sticks. What I like most is they are usually open later than the other pizza shops, their delivery fee is right around $5 when taxes are factored in, they don't automatically hit you with a driver's tip, they're usually at your place in 35 to 45 minutes. Contrast that with Marcos who too often will have you waiting a couple hours or more for a delivery. Or Little Caesars who now uses Door dash to make deliveries for them..but it ends up costing 2x the purchase price. I'm not sure why the mini CinnaBons never tasted right. This restaurant is horrible. Delivery service is even worse. I placed a delivery order around 9:45 pm. Around 10:45 pm and not receiving my order I checked my email confirmation only to see that the delivery time is 1:00 am. I immediately called the restaurant only to be on hold for 20 minutes. Then I was hung up on. I called back and was hung up on several times without speaking to anyone. I kept calling and eventually the call was answered only to have someone say very quickly, "Pizza Hut, we're closed!", and then hang up before I could say anything. Concerns that my card was already charged, I called back several more times. Finally, the same voice picked up and told me they were closed. He mentioned he saw my order in the system, but that my card was declined - which is totally untrue - and stated that any charges to my card would be put back on my card. So, was the card declined, or are charges being put back on the card!?! This is the epitome of unprofessionalism. There are 3 Pizza Huts less than 5mi of me and all of them claim they don't deliver to me. The South Hairston location constantly gets my orders from both the website and the other stores, but they refuse to deliver. This is insane because I have lived here going on 3yrs and have gotten pizza delivered from them before. They will get my order and then immediately call and say that they're closed or that we don't deliver to my area (which is barely 3miles away). If they truly don't want my business, I will have to go elsewhere, but it's really frustrating. Either corporate needs to know so that their website doesn't send my order to them, or they need to stop lying. If it's a safety issue, then say that. I had my food delivered. Food arrived, wasn't hot, deliverer wasn't prepared with change. Boneless chicken wings had MOLD in them. Breadsticks was STALE. I went in with my family which was about 7 of us and we dinned in to enjoy some good food after a long day. We ordered a big box(I think that's the name of it.) which was 2 pizza's wings and bread sticks and ordered a drink. Our food didn't really take that long to bring out, about 10mins, but when it did come out I was a little upset. There were no plates!!!! This place is truly horrible! I just had the worse restaraunt experience I ever had ANYWHERE in my 40 year history of being on this planet. I ordered my food online at www.pizzahut.com which put the order nearest to me at the South Hairston Rd. location. First off, they were out of stock on alot of items so I had to compromise from the beginning. AFTER I placed the order it then alerted me that it would be a 1 to 2 hour wait. Ok...longer than I had expected but I had just underwent surgery and was unable to cook and my 4 kids really wanted the pasta and breadsticks. So we waited....and waited.....and waited. After about an hour and 45 minutes I decided to call the store to check the check the stutus. It was a long wait to connect but when I did finally get a human being I was informed there was only one driver and an overwhelming amount of deliveries but that my order was ready and and about to head out as soon as the driver got back. She stated that I should get my food pretty soon. After waiting an additional HOUR I called the store back. The same lady eventually picked up my call again but this time was extremely rude and had a major attitude problem. We went back and forth a few times, she couldnt explain where the food was, she couldnt do anything about it, it should be there in a few minutes...yada, yada, yada and I disconnected the call. We waited over 4 hours before the food FINALLY showed up but I refused it at the door bc it was cold, I was pissed with transaction and I ended up placing an order with DoorDash just 20 minutes prior so my kids wouldnt go to bed starving. I have canceled my account with Pizza Hut, am going to call to speak management tomorrow afternoon to alert them of my ordeal, contacting BBB, and placing reviews online to alert as many consumers as possible of the risk you may be taking in ordering with this company, paticularly with this location. First I want to start off by saying God Bless the essential workers. We appreciate everything you do. Unfortunately, I have a complaint about a delivery drive. Today a young lady delivered pizza to our residence twice. The second time was an error and should have been delivered to our neighbor. Both times the lady left the pizza on the ground. First of all, she was at the wrong door. She has delivered pizza to our residence before and should know which door to go to. Next, when she returned the second time, in error, she banged on the door angrily, while I was on an important conference call. I am working from home and should not have to deal with angry employees. Let's not forget that she was at the wrong house, to begin with (2nd time). In addition, I can't think of anyone, but an animal, that would want to eat food, that's been placed on the ground. I contacted the store and spoke with a young man who claimed to be a manager. He was very unconcerned with my complaint. I understand why they have a low rating. read more

The pizza hut at South Hairston Road and Redan Road needs a complete make over and staffing. The inside decor need to be redone. I have been to this pizza hut at leasy three time in the last month believing that it would get better but it has not. My last visit, the pizza crust was tough, the staff were not pleasant and my overall experience with this pizza hut has been negative. I will find another pizza hut to visit and not visit this once again. Service, quality, and their pizza are all bad. read more
