I went to try the viral Crazy Puffs. I placed my order online. On arrival my order was not in the pick up oven. After standing there for 5+ minutes no one acknowledged me. The lady who was in the front was also working the drive thru. A man walked in after me and asked if they had any crazy puffs ready, her response was " I don't know" and walked off. The man eventually just left because she didn't return. I overheard another lady in the back say that they only had pepperoni available which is not what I ordered. I asked the lady if they had my order of cheese crazy puffs as it had now been over 10 minutes and I hadn't been acknowledged nor had my food come out. Her response to me was also "I don't know", which I asked if she could find out. The employee clearly did not want to be there as she glared at me like I was stupid for asking her to do her job. She went back and instead of asking the other lady about my order she tells her I have a question. The lady in the back tells me to give her a moment and came out asked how could she help. I advised I was only trying to inquire about my order. She took my name and advised my order had been ready. Sigh. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!! The customer service is abysmal! No adults work here. I ordered just 1 hour before closing on a Saturday. I ordered a pizza with 1 protein and 3 veggies on my pizza. These people clearly did not care and just gave me a cold cheese pizza. That was cut by a damn 4 year old. I called immediately just because they close. A teen answered the phone. They are always busy, but they move fast and customer service is good. Have only been twice 1 time in the drive-thru, other inside. Being from Florida its only maybe 2 little Caesars that have drive thru's so that's another plus it's conveniently located on the corner, but if your going shopping in one of the other stores in the plaza it can be a headache. One thing I didn't like was that the pizza bread didn't come with marinara sauce. She charged me a $1 for it. No biggie, but I'm used to it be included. read more

Came for Veteran's day and wasn't disappointed. Some establishments don't acknowledge veterans, but every year Little Caesars shows its appreciation to the many women and men who have served this country by offering a free lunch combo. It is much appreciated. The staff at this location were so friendly and helpful. They were all smiles and had my order ready within 5 minutes. This location is in a shopping center ao there is ample parking. The lot is horrible and thw shopping center is shabby and unkept, but the Little Caesars looks good on the inside. It was clean. The products were well-stocked too. They have an option for you to order online and pick up in the storw by going to a warmer located in the middle of the counter. That keeps you from having to wait in line. They have promotions when you order online too. Be prepared for what the general area looks like when you come here, but this specific restaurant is great. read more

Only pizza place open until 11pm on a Monday. They have a drive thru window which allows you to pick up your order without getting out of your car which is very convenient. I called ahead so my order was ready and waiting. Very pleased with the quality of my pizza, it was so good!! I asked for marinara sauce on the side and got these two big cups which was more than generous. I think i was charged $1 per marinara sauce but you get a lot and i didn't know so next time I'll probably order just one sauce. Total i spent $16. read more

During the day the store location is delicious and speedy, but once it hits night time the night crew is considerably dysfunctional. The need some serious help at night. I don't generally give one star reviews. It's seems like a colossal waste of time, both for the reviewer and for the restaurant. But today is going to be different. This epic failure deserves documentation. This evening, I decided to stop in and get some pizza. I placed my order using their mobile app and paid for it in the app. I placed the order at 6:49 PM, and it took me about 15 minutes to get to there. At 7:05, I got in line at the drive thru, with two cars ahead of me. I abandoned that plan after 10 minutes of no movement, and went inside. It was manic in there, probably 10-15 people in a 10x15 room, with only two people working the dinner rush. I tried to inform the counter person that I didn't need to order or pay, just pick up my order. She told me, rudely, to have a seat. So, struck up a conversation with another person waiting for his orders, he told me he placed his order 30 minutes prior, and we both discussed how poorly the place was run. The staffer came out from the back and gave him his pizzas, and he told me that it wouldn't be too much longer for me, hopefully. It's now 7:20 pm. By this time the crowd was getting frustrated and the counter person announced "We're not taking any more orders right now." I know, right? Who turns away customers during the dinner rush? I hope Mike Ilitch's family doesn't need the money. But wait, there's so much more. So now it's me and two other people remaining after about 12 hungry perspective customers left and the place was now fairly abandoned. Now the guy who I spoke earlier with returns to the pizzeria ten minutes after he left. He tells them "You gave me someone else's order." What do they do, well, first, he's told he'll have to wait some more. Then, they take these three pizzas, which had exited the store with a customer and put them back in the warming oven. What they didn't do is throw them away, as the law requires. I couldn't believe it. The guy was a nice guy, but he could have put arsenic on it for all they know. That right there blew me away. I've worked in restaurants. You NEVER do that. So, finally this guy gets his pizzas, and away he goes, muttering about it taking an hour and 15 minutes for supposedly always ready pizza. So I'm still waiting and now they decide to open back up for business. And what do they do? Not take care of me as I've been waiting over 40 minutes, but some new customer. My order wasn't difficult. It was their 5 meat deal. They make them by the millions. Finally, incensed, I go up and ask the woman who was previously in the back ?but they seemed to trade stations), exactly how long my pizza would take? She inquired this of the woman now in the back, who said I was waiting for a 5 meat deal. She opens up one of the warming ovens and there's my pizza, which had been there the entire time I was there. Incompetence would be a compliment. I'm going to give you all one very good piece of advice. Do not ever, ever, ever order on their mobile app and pay for it using the app. I was held hostage for an hour because they had my money and I didn't have my pizza. Did they offer didn't give me compensation for their complete screw up? Hardly. I just grabbed it and left. Then I called Detroit. I grew up there, with little Caesars Pizza just down at the end of the street I grew up on. This crap would never have happened there, people would have found themselves out of work pretty fast for just one of the many many mistakes made. Their attitude was piss poor and downright rude at times. Do yourself a favor, avoid this loser of a pizzeria. Unless you have 1.5 hours to waste on a supposedly always ready pizza. This place is DISGUSTING , I came here and ordered the pizza 20 minutes before showing up, I got there and the employees were in the back on their phones didn't even check the order. Waited an hour and half for the wrong order then had to wait longer for the correct one . The pizza wasn't cut at all. The manager Jade was filthy and rude . How she can work there looking like she hasn't showered in weeks is beyond me and she's handling food! She looks like she has roaches in her apartment so be careful cause she probably brings them to this establishment when they accidentally get in her purse . She refused a refund , I had to call corporate to get my money back. Everyone who "works" there is a joke. Is it possible to give less than 1 star? We have never received a correct order from this place. When you call the customer service number listed on the receipt/box you have to press 1 for English and it doesn't matter how many times you press it, or other buttons, you get "are you still there in response." The Door Dash driver was rude about the fact that half of our order was missing and when we called Door Dash them transferred us to corporate, where my husband sat on hold for 20 minutes. We called the actual store no less than 10 times and never got an answer. I called myself when we went too the store to get our missing food. I spent over 5 minutes trying to get someone on the line only to be transferred again when I said our issue was for a delivery order. When I finally got someone in the phone they were robotic and clearly didn't care. They may have refunded us, but we wasted our evening dealing when them and it wasn't worth it. They don't care about their customers or quality control and I will never give them another dime. People need to stop supporting companies who treat their customers this way. Customer service ok, cool that they have a drive thru. Issue seems to be something odd about my pizza . Either taste funny , not well done or causes me stomach pain.
