The customer service was good. Very nice workers. Overall, the inside could be cleaner, employees included, but since it was July 4th, I wonder if things are better on your average day of business. I placed an online order June 8 at this location thinking it was the correct location. Within 5-8 mins of placing the order I called them to cancel was told I would get a refund 3-5 days later. Keep in the mind, the order had not been made yet. I gave them two weeks and no refund. I called June 26th, was told the manager would call me back. No call. Another 2 weeks go by... It is July 9th ONE MONTH LATER... and I have yet to receive my refund. I called and was asked to call back in 10 mins be issue they were busy. I opted for them to place me on hold for "those 10 mins" for the manager. I've was on hold for 40 mins. No one came to the phone. Service can be a tad inconsistent. Come in twice and it's great. The next visit is a cluster show. Today lunch time was pretty quiet, staff seemed a bit on break. After waiting longer than expected, they gave me someone else's food, which I didn't notice until I got home. I came back w/food and receipt, disappointed that nobody greeted me, apologized nuthin'. The lack of organization is completely unacceptable. Even with three employees this location can not seem to be able to handle the demand. This is my second unsatisfactory experience. This time after ordering at 11:05pm, waiting in the parking lot until the pickup time of 11:21pm, waiting in line in the store for another 10 minutes to get to the front and be asked "Are you sure your at the right place?". I pulled the order up on my phone, showed him the location and order number and he still could not locate the order until Magically my printout was right on the counter face down, never even started. They told me it would be another 15 minutes. I waited and still no order. They were just backed up with orders and did even apologize for the delay. I just can't at all with this location. Experiences as terrible as this store are really why I prefer not to even bother with certain restaurants in certain areas. I placed and online order and still had wait 30 mins once I got here , after I had already given extra time for picking up . The apparent manger was on the phone complaining about not having staff however the staff was ALL in the back on their phones . My food wasn't ready , the customer service was 1 out of 10 . And my food wasn't even prepared correctly . In the 30 mins I waited I saw only two other ppl . It was not a busy day . My recommendation is to drive the extra 10 mins and go the Tucker location . read more

Ordered wings online, went to go pick them up and couldn't find the place because it's tucked away at the back of a shopping plaza and not actually facing the road on which it has an address. Get there and the place is a mess. I ask for my order and the guy just sets it on the counter and walks away.(No thank you or any kind of interaction) so I double check the order and don't see any dressing to dip the wings into inside the bag. So I ask if it is inside the box he looks at my receipt and just shakes his head side to side as though it's a no response. (Still hasn't spoken) I ask if I can get some blue cheese dressing to which he finally responds that it will be extra. How do you sell wings and not include any dressing to dip the wings into??!? Left and got home to cold wings that I threw away. When I ordered them it said online it would take 20 minutes to prepare them. (I got there exactly 20 after placing the order). That obviously wasn't the case because the wings had been sitting there for some time as cold as they were. Also, as Atlanta wing spots go, this is a little pricey for what you get. You're better off going to the Mom and Pop spits nearby unless you just need or want average food done quickly. Another customer and I looked at each other as we noticed how the food was being handled with no gloves. There was no trash can to throw away our items and the drink machine didn't work.
