So I calls the store to have them remade. Lady answers the call as for the address phone and kept saying I did not order from that store. After 5 minutes of her ask me if I call the right store now you see my order. Eye roll. I tell what the problem is she puts me on hold, a male answer the and says how can I help you. I ask his name he says Andrew, I politely explained that my order is not appropriate to be sent out to a customer and request for him to remake the 2 pizza,He says bring them back and he will remake them.I reply and said Sir I have paid for a service and your store did not deliver on quality food. Then he says if he remake the order he needs to make sure his driver gets paid. I advise him that your driver got paid when I placed my order the first time. Y'all it took them a hour to bring the 2 order, when it showed up the pizza look like it had been tossed around in the box. Mind you the store is 3 minutes away. This review is meant for the management or owner of this establishment. The young lady who worked alone while following sanitary procedures did an excellent job. I believe the woman's name was Shay Tucker , sorry if I didn't hear correctly, did an exceptional job. Terrible service, showed delivered but never showed up. I had to go to the store to get my food (which I had paid for in advance), and the food was cold (2.5 hours after I ordered), and they claimed to have called me, which is not possible, as I received no calls during that entire time. YOU WON'T GET YOUR FOOD MAYBE NOT AT ALL, DEFINITELY NOT ON TIME. *Edit 10:41Pm I originally wrote my review at around 9:40pm when Domino's first showed it as delivered on the website tracker, over an hour after I originally ordered. In total it took 2 hours to get this food.. After sitting on hold with two phones trying to reach the local store (they never actually answered), I got a phone call from the driver who was terribly confused and still had my order apparently. I think what happened is that because I also left a review on the order page giving all 1 stars and saying it was never delivered, I think the store called the driver to ask what happened. Then this is when he called me. He claimed the app misdirected him to a different apartment complex, but I can assure you that is a lie. (he later confirmed he came to the complex earlier). He said he was at the wrong apartment complex, but I know that isn't true because the map actually doesn't show the pinpoint at my exact address (half a mile through the complex driveway), yet it showed his vehicle icon directly outside of my building, so obviously he reached it. He was here, but I think tried to deliver it to the wrong side of the building. He said he tried to deliver it somewhere and they told him they didn't order any pizza (shout outs to you kind people who didn't just take it, thank you!!). Then for whatever reason he left the complex after marking it delivered at some completely different part of the complex. He had no intentions of delivering it I think. This is why I think they must've reached out to him directly which is why he called me way later. Normally, if you were having trouble finding some place, you'd just call the person then and there. Why wait 20 minutes until after it's given a one star and potentially gone to management, and THEN phone the customer? Anyway, proceed to me staying on the phone with him for 20 minutes literally trying to direct him to my house. He didn't seem to even know where HE was, "chevron is on my right." he said, and then a few minutes later, "chevron is on my left." I literally sent him texts with my address, the apartment complex name, TWO screenshots where I drew an arrow down the road to the apartment and my building. Like look, I get it's hard out here, but your job is actually to be able to read a map, and if there's error, still navigate to the person's house. And when in doubt, CALL THEM. You don't just mark it delivered and go about your day. I'm thankful I got my food at all, though it was cold, the cheese was glued to the box on one, and the steam had made the boxes damp and soggy on some.. I stand by what I said an hour ago when I originally wrote the below review. I WILL NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN. -- I ordered $60 worth of pizza and the driver showed on the order tracker map on their website as in front of my apartment (there was no one there from what I could see, I was looking out the window cus I want to eat), never came up, never rang the doorbell or sat the pizza on the table I placed out and as I said in my instructions. I ordered a pizza online at 2:19, it was supposed to take no longer than 35 minutes for delivery and they charge a delivery fee of over $5.00. The total came to $25.00. I ordered a pan pepperoni with extra sauce. Where to start this: A) it took well over an hour to get my pizza, B) it was cold and uncooked, C) not extra sauce, in fact, hardly any sauce at all. I had an online coupon deal for Domino's and after not having domino's pizza in years, I figured i'd check them out. Each pizza (two topping medium) were $5.99 each Got my order for carry out and the store was ran by one employee who greeted me upon entry, immediately grabbed my pizzas and I was on my way. Pizza looked better than I would have expected, but I will say the flavor didn't match the looks. I thought the pizza was okay, but there's clearly a reason why I don't go to domino's often. Located in the Stonemont village Shopping center, there's a ton of parking, so you don't have to worry at all about that. There is no seating inside the domino's store, but the interior is clean. I'm guessing by all of the negative reviews it's a good thing that I didn't have them deliver it, and if I were you, i'd just go in and pick your pie up, which worked very well for me. Let me start by saying that I'm not a big fan of Domino's Pizza but thought I'd give it a try, for old times sake. Tonight was my first and last time visiting this particular location. I noticed from the parking lot, that the inside had a modern look. There was a large chalkboard inside for customers to write on. Once I made it to the door, I noticed some very inappropriate language on the chalkboard. That was not a good start. When I walked in, there was no one waiting in line. However, behind the counter, there were several employees having a conversation as well as one on their cell phone. I can only assume they didn't want to be disturbed because no one even bothered to look in my direction, let alone speak. Also, behind the counter, a young lady who was working and appeared to be a manager, eventually asked for my name and told the other employees to get my order. Still no response. She asked again, and another employee who was actually working in the back stopped what he was doing to ring me out. I can say that the pizza was okay. I don't think I'll be ordering a Domino's Pizza again any time soon. But if I do, I can guarantee that it won't be at this location. read more

Worst ever! We ordered online, it took 15 minutes to make our order, not a big deal. It took 45 minutes to drive the order a few miles down the road. Order of 8 wings had 7, our 2 salads had been previously frozen, lettuce was see through, foid was obviously cold. Called the store and asked for a manager, was told they were busy. It's been over an hour and a half since I placed my order. Was to be ready within 37-47 minutes. I watched the food tracker and noticed about 10 minutes passed before my food left the store. Once at the hour mark, I called questioning the length of the order and was told that there was a delivery before mine. I ordered my food at 3:30 yet here it is nearly 3 hours later and my husband is actually in the store waiting for our food. The store manager was reasonable enough to remake the order but after speaking with him, being told the order was being made, getting dressed, and driving to the store, the food hasn't even begun to get prepared yet. I order two orders of the 8 piece buffalo wings at 5:15pm... around 6:20pm it had been an hour and the tracker said that a worker was doing a quality check at 5:27... I called the restaurant multiple times and received no answer. At this point it's a little after 7pm and I had to leave for work (30 minutes away from my home). Once I arrive at work I get a call from the delivery driver saying she is outside... I told her I tried to call to figure out why it takes 2 and a half hours to deliver 16 wings... anyway, long story short... she didn't respond back to my text until an hour later and she told me that she left my food outside.... I order from this location on 9/21/2022 delivery. I received soggy white wings. I tried to contact the store on several occasions and no one answered the phone. So while in the area I was calling the location and walked into the store noone was answering the phone. So basically they just let the phone ring. I informed staff about the condtion of the food I recieved (with photo) and she stated it look like it was ran through once. I requested my money back she stated I had to call the manger (how you do not answer the phone). I spent $83.00 on this order. I want my money back. At some point your resturant needs to have standards and the quality check is a joke. There is no way that was checked (well it did say check for over 30 minutes).
