Don't get me wrong, the sausage, pepperoni, bell peppers, black olives, mushrooms, and onions were superb. And there were plenty of the aforementioned ingredients. But, this appears to have weighed the pizza down and added more moisture to the crust. The main chef who made the pizza was in constant motion. As the dinner time rolled in, there were more receipts he was juggling. It was cool that he remembered the two only Asian folks who left behind a water bottle. Because as I waited in line to get to the front register to ask about the said missing water bottle, the chef saw me and handed me the bottle. He was busy the whole during we were there but was still aware of his customers. This place seems to be popular with locals with a lot of folks doing to-go orders on a Sunday evening.
