Beautiful interior with lots of eclectic charm and plenty of seating - indoor, patio, outside, and rooftop! I really enjoyed my cocktail Nude in Nantucket and all the drinks sounded so interesting, especially with some seasonal/Asian ingredients. The oysters were also very refreshing and the perfect treat for the summer.

The atmosphere is very nice, well decorated and offers a lovely view, service was good, but it can get very loud if they have an event going on and the food is mediocre at BEST. We had a couple cocktails, Crispy Fried Chicken Wings that were served with a Sweet Soy, Bleu Cheese and Buffalo dipping sauce (which I personally hate when establishments do this, it's so hard to dip your chicken in those tiny dishes and you don't get the flavor) and we also had and order of Crab Rangoons... they were cold, and tasted just okay. It's definitely not anywhere I would visit again.

Came here for lunch. The restaurant was super cute. The server was really friendly. I love how you can bring your dogs into the restaurant. It has a really nice outdoor vibe while being inside. The food was average. Nothing special. The Brussels sprouts were good. The chicken in the chicken sandwich was tough and dry. I didnt try the rest but my friends said they were just okay.

My friend has been here for a weekend brunch & she really wanted to come back. We came back in a weekday for early lunch and the experience was okey. Place is nice, very nicely decorated with pretty & clean bathrooms. we choose to stay outside on the patio that day to enjoy the sunny day. Food is good, nothing to rave about but not bad either. our waitress was very nice and apologetic when we pointed out the chicken wings was raw & kind of bleeding. She took it right away & replace our order & keep checking on us. This place is good for brunch or meet your girlfriends for dinner & drinks.

Stopped by for Brunch because it was close to our hotel and they have a beautiful outside terrace. We had the berry cooler brunch cocktail which was perfect for a hot day. Not super sweet which is how I like it. We tried the chicken and waffles and chickpea veggie burger. Chicken and waffles was a bit dry and could have been seasoned more. But k loved the chickpea veggie burger. The harisa sauce gave it a good flavor without being spicy. I added home fries to mine which were great. We had a few different servers (not sure if it's intentional or because it was slow) which was fine. Overall good place to have brunch if you're downtown!

Situated on the outskirts of the Brick Marketplace in Newport, this restaurant has a carnival feel to it with it's brightly lit "FUN" sign hanging by the entrance. It's an easy place to pass by and wonder "what's in there?" Last night, my husband and I made reservations to see what it was all about. Upon entering, we became immersed in a "garden" of ivy and hanging plants. It was decorated beautifully. We were seated near the bar area and our server, Angelina, impressed us with her personable small talk, attention to detail, and quick service. It was clear that she knew the diverse menu well and felt confident with giving suggestions that fit our dietary restrictions. The food was delicious, and the drinks were made perfectly. Prices were reasonable and affordable. All in all, we would definitely come back.

Adorable little pub. We got a Guinness and espresso martini and loved sitting for an hour or so. They also had some great oysters but no hot sauce. I ate 4/6 of my oysters because they were huge. Great ambiance and service. We went early in the day so it wasn't busy. Ultimately, so glad we stopped in! Thanks for having us!

First of all Matt our waiter was awesome. This was one of the better experiences I have had dining because of the pacing of each course. The first course was the Miso soup, great flavor, seaweed was a nice bright green and the strips were huge. The tofu also had a nice silky texture. Next was the Green tail specialty roll . I thought the peppers on top would be too spicy but when ate together the flavors blend perfectly. Especially with the wasabi, best wasabi's I have had with sushi in any local restaurant. Just wish they had more of it on the plate. Next course was the chicken wings , which I loved were all drums expect one. It comes with 3 dipping sauces sweet soy, blue cheese and Buffalo sauce . I loved combining the Buffalo and the blue cheese together. The wings were also a nice size, crispy but not greasy. Our last course was the steak Freitas . Steak was cooked and seasoned perfectly and so were the fries . I did not have to add any more salt or pepper to my meal, which is very rare for me. The fries were so good I didn't even want to each them with ketchup. Finally I love that this place is dog friendly! It looks really beautiful inside , nice open space , with lights and plants hanging from the ceiling.

Sunday Brunch was truly amazing! The space is gorgeous, it's big with lots of natural light and greenery, making it truly represent its name "Garden". There is also a selfie wall & special event space. The manager served us and was so accommodating and helpful. We really enjoyed every aspect of our time here!

I would recommend this business for atmosphere alone. It is very pretty inside. You feel like you're almost at a vineyard. Staff was friendly and the food was good. The avocado toast was probably the best I've ever had and the salad that it was served with was absolutely delicious. Parking was pretty tough. The closest lot was three dollars for every 30 minutes. Little things that I notice and tend to lean towards a mediocre review are when appetizers are served and plates are not on the table. We had to ask two different staff members to bring the plates. It finally showed up 10 minutes later. We were there for a brunch for a bachelorette party. Our party consisted of 16 people. I get it can be a little chaotic, but plates on the table to me should be simple. I will give this another shot for sure.

Visited Stoneacre for sushi and miso soup and had to do takeout due to time constraints. I though the servers and host were very friendly and professional, but seemed unsure about the special I was asking about. Wait for the food wasn't long though, and enjoyed the small waiting area and fun music in the interim. Miso soup was quite salty to my taste, though, and I diluted it further at home. Sushi roll was fresh and featured 8 pieces. However, there are a few more tasty sushi options in town so the cost/value ratio means I won't be back for the sushi specifically -- but maybe for the good vibes and service!

I had the Khao Soi, a northern Thai curry noodle soup , served with thin strips of white meat chicken. Excellent. Plentiful amount of chicken, good ratio of broth to noodles, just the right serving portion. My wife had the drunken noodles, which she enjoyed but I think the noodles were a tiny bit overdone and it lacked a bit of heat that is usually in drunken noodles, but that's a small complaint. I'm soldering if they might have extra chilis , prik nam pla or some other hot sauce to add if we had requested it? We sat on the outside deck, very pleasant and service was attentive and prompt. BYOB if you want an alcoholic addition to the water and other non-alcoholic beverage options available. This is not a biased review , I'm a tough grader and call it like I see it. It's not the best pan-Asian food I've ever had but it's a solid 4 out of 5 overall and for the price, in downtown Newport, this is a very good option.

The chicken satay was excellent. Very juicy and flavorful. If the same chicken was in my ramen, I probably would give this place a five star review. The curry ramen was filled with a spicy flavorful broth and a healthy serving of accoutrements but the chicken was very dry. Given that was my only complaint and the woman who served me was extremely gracious, mountain moose earns my recommendation. Note, if you're looking for massamam curry, just go to a Thai restaurant.

The RI Food Fights TacoMania competition & tourist season starting to slow got us over the bridge to try early on a Saturday evening. Arriving just after opening, we had our choice of tables in an empty room. That was a good thing since, by the time we left, the place was jamming! The server, who was welcoming, enthusiastic about the menu & and handled the ever-growing crowd on his own, told us that we could always call ahead for a table. Good to know since we didn't see a way to reserve. The little place is comfy & lovely! The decor perfectly suits the Newport scene and includes a welcoming food bar area that would be perfect for enjoying their international tapa-like street-food inspired offerings. A small patio is available to overlook Memorial Blvd in nicer weather. While they do not have a liquor license, you are welcome to BYOB and we did, finding the $3 per person corkage fee very fair. Now, about the food... WOW! What a explosion of fun flavors! With choices of snacks from around the world, you can jump from one intense palate to another, over and over. Three of us shared five small dishes & one large and we loved them all. The Nduja Shrimp Dumplings were delicate and fresh and loaded with flavor. The tacos that we were here to judge were fantastic. The pork was juicy & flavorful, and, though we were afraid the vegetable tacos would be boring - they were anything but. We'd eat these all the time! Bravas Frites were a fun twist on traditional Spanish Patatas Bravas, using fries as a base rather than cubed potatoes. Again, delicious! But, our favorite of the small plates had to be the Brussel Sprouts. We almost didn't get them as they've been so over-done, but felt vegetable guilt & threw them in. OMG - the best prep of these tiny cabbages ever! Finally, the pièce de résistance was the Lobster Fried Rice - a perfect way to top it all off. Buttery, umami & loaded with chunks of fresh lobster meat, my mouth waters now just thinking it. So glad we finally stopped here. A great Tacomania contender and we can't wait to return to eat our way through the rest of the menu!

My review is not favorable but I think knowing this is a Pasta Beach effort - it will be a hit in a few months. It is in the original Pasta Beach spot next to a Dunkin' Donuts for whatever reason is open late at night. The positives - plenty of nearby street parking, modern and cozy space, and very good staff. I should mention that after we ordered, our 5 appetizers arrived starting in 5 minutes and all were served within 10 minutes. We did screw up by forgetting we were at BYOB. OK - the killer - the food. Of the 5 appetizers we ordered only one was a winner! That was the Brussel sprouts which were outstanding and a large portion. All the other dishes were about the right size for sharing by 2. Realize they are striving for "fusion" but they missed it on the pulled pork dumplings. The lamb skewers were a struggle to eat - tough (and certainly could not be eaten off the skewers) - but the saving grace was the dipping sauce. The big failures were the prosciutto croquettes - a real mess with a sliver of meat on top of mainly onions - and OMG - the Korean chicken wings. The latter came slathered with a sticky and spicy, sweet, red sauce (too hot for my wife) and some sort of dipping sauce. A mess to eat. We had to request paper towels and dip in our water to clean up. Damages with tip was $90 and we only had a tea and sparkling water. The flavors all worked so well together, and I would definitely order it again. One thing that was a bit of a problem was that it was kind of hard to eat, everything kept falling apart, but it was so good that it didn't really matter. We got a bunch of other things too, like General Tso's Chicken, coconut rice, crab rangoons, coconut shrimp, and a shrimp sushi roll. everything was really good and fresh. The coconut rice was a great side dish, and the crab rangoons were gone in no time. The drinks were also really good, One thing though, they didn't put a lot of liquor in them, but they were still fun to drink. Our server was really great, and did a fantastic job, especially since we had a big group of 12 people. We get that it can be tough to handle a table that size. The only problem we had was with the timing of the food. Some of us got our appetizers and main courses before the others had even gotten their appetizers. It wasn't a huge issue, but it's something the kitchen could work on to make sure big groups feel like they're eating together. It would be great if they could improve that, so everyone can enjoy their meal at the same time. I would definitely go back to TigerFish. We visited midweek, so it was fairly quiet. The restaurant is conveniently located just a short walk from the ferry and offers plenty of seating, both indoors and outdoors. Service was fast, friendly, and especially helpful when it came to identifying which menu items were vegan or could be modified, which we really appreciated. We ordered the B.Y.O. Tofu Spring Rolls and the Pork Potstickers. Both appetizers were generously sized. The spring rolls were fresh and flavorful, but having to assemble them myself at the table was a bit messy and took away from the enjoyment. I would have preferred them to come fully prepared. That said, they were still quite tasty. The pork potstickers, on the other hand, were a standout and an easy favorite of the meal. One downside was that the doors were open to enjoy the beautiful weather, but that also meant we were battling flies throughout our meal, which was a little distracting. Overall, Tigerfish was a great find with good food, knowledgeable service, and a convenient location. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, we enjoyed our visit and will definitely return on a future trip to Block Island.

I always liked that this restaurant seems to be a small house converted into a restaurant since it literally makes me feel at [someone's] home. We were given QR codes to scan for the menu; not my favorite. I overheard another table ask for paper menus, so it appears there is that option. For a starter, we ordered handmade lamb dumplings and for entrees, original meefen and lamb on dry land with a side of white rice. It all ended up coming out around the same time and the tables are a little small so it felt like an overwhelming amount of food, but it was actually the perfect amount for two people. The lamb dumplings were flavorful, albeit, the wrappers were a tad too soft. The original meefen was very tasty, especially the minced meat. However, the uden noodles don't do a great job of absorbing sauces, so it felt like a lot of the oils and flavor were left behind. The lamb on dry land was good, but it was difficult to eat especially two people. We didn't realize it would be meat on a stick, similar to a turkey leg but less meaty. We ended up eating the easy parts, but took the bone home to finish out of the public eye. The crispy potatoes on top were my friend's favorite. The total was about $50 which was fair. Our waiter and other staff members did an excellent job of getting us all we needed and clearing plates as we finished. Consistency was like jerky, tough, chewy to the point of having to pull the piece while in your teeth. Spicy, but after a piece we did not eat more. The general gao's chicken had too much batter on it making the pieces like chewy tootsie rolls. Last was beef and broccoli, which was okay, beef was a bit chewy and the veg was okay.
