My new favorite coffee place on the SC side. Such neat decorations. Lots of seating. Delicious cakes with multiple options. Unique drinks options. The staff is always nice and polite.

The inside of the place is so cool!!! They have a big tv and really cool car collected items. Cool unique vibe! Drinks were good, the only thing I wish I had was cold foam on top! They were nice and friendly inside! I'd go again!

Bae wanted caffeine to keep her awake while driving so we stopped at this roaster. It's really big and spacious inside. Pretty quiet too which was awesome. Bae just ordered a pour over, the vintage coffee. It's pretty cool that you can get any of the coffee roaster there. I ordered a signature drink: iced campfire. It supposedly has the flavor of roasted marshmallow and that's what got me. It was pretty good for the most part; it was just very sweet. The 16 oz bags are around $15.50, if you wanted to take some home with you.

Flat white. Delicious espresso flavor and very smooth.

So excited about this place!!! the coffee is excellent and consistent! I get a flat white and it is always on point! I appreciate that each table on the side has an outlet for when I come to work & need to plug my laptop up. The cake and muffins are homemade and delicious! Especially the apple muffin their roasted coffee is great too!

Still my favorite coffee shop in North Augusta. Staff is always friendly and the offerings are great. Since I moved I don't get to go there nearly as often as I would like. As a tip do try the cakes they are delicious

The coffee is decent here, but we had a very unfortunate experience…read more We stopped by at 2:30pm on a Saturday. We had thought they were open until 5pm. The place was apparently closed (we had mixed up which coffee shop it was on Google and thought it stayed open until 5pm) but the door was open. I opened the door, poked my head in, and asked the lady if they were open. She was polite and said no but they could sell me a bag of beans if needed. I said no thank you - Then out of nowhere the dog that stays in this building bolted toward me and out the door. My girlfriend was outside the building in the dirt parking lot with our new puppy just walking her around waiting for me. This dog of theirs in the building was unleashed and apparently uncontrollable because it got extremely aggressive, bolted out of the door by me before I could shut the door, and attacked our puppy. Luckily, it does not seem our puppy got bitten, but this is not acceptable as my girlfriend and our puppy were far outside of the building and way out in the parking lot - not even coming in. If you're going to have a dog in this place, please either be able to control it and not let it run outside of the building and attack other dogs or please keep it leashed. We will not be going back here due to this experience.

I loved their selection of South Carolina hats, artworks, household items, clothing, etc. Also, as a philatelist, (one who loves mail) this is one of the few places in Columbia to buy postcards (and they're affordable as well!) They also had a lot of cool Carolina and Clemson merchandise, as well as items that highlight the history of the state of South Carolina. All-in-all, it was a great store, and my only complaint is that it's not its own standalone location! Would highly recommend!

Cotton Mill Exchange is often thought of as the gift shop located within the South Carolina State…read moreMuseum. However, it's really more than that. It doesn't just handle museum related items and souvenirs. Its inventory is related to everything of the entire State of South Carolina. As they state, they've "...explored every corner of the state to bring you the best of South Carolina," and from what I've seen they have done that and then some. It's a really big store and has most everything one can think of that would be South Carolina related and most of the goods are of superior quality, not just cheap Chinese built trinkets. But the best part is the selection. They have everything from jewelry to clothing to home decorator items and the staff is more than willing to assist. It's really one of the better shops I've seen within or a part of any public museum.
