The main entrance is along the side since it can be easily mistaken for an ordinary residential area. --Ambience-- Southern style cooking with portions that can be easily split for two or one really hungry person. If you look at movies on what southern restaurants would look like. This is a great example. --Service/Staff-- The staff was warm and friendly with their Southern charm. Recommended for their love of the cuisine. I even got some recommendations. --Products/Service-- I order the burgers and fries and stuck with the basic since you can't go wrong. I plan to come back during the holiday and order more comfort food. --Capacity-- Indoors can hold 40-50 plus people. --Overall-- Great hidden gem recommended by Aaron and I will be back for the holidays to order some comfort food.

This place feels less like a restaurant and more like visiting your grandmother for Thanksgiving. The good thing is the food matches up with the atmosphere and team. I made my way there for breakfast one Saturday morning and let me tell you, that is worth every mile and every minute spent in making the drive. Biscuits like you only wish you could bake, omelet's for the one with a bottomless pit in the group, and pancakes fluffy like kissing an angel's cheek. Now you know there are plenty of sides to choose from and the coffee is always brewing. If you find yourself too full to drive anyway, you're in luck. This restaurant is part of a bed and breakfast (Red Oak Manor). I have also been onsite for one of their monthly events (Iron Chef-as a judge). If you can get a ticket for that event, go for it! It is the perfect Saturday date night.

I recently heard today that the young lady who has the coffee trailer is actually heading out to other other pastures. So the cozy cup coffee is no more, but i'm glad I had the opportunity to experience this.Even if it was only for the final time.

I've heard a saying that if a product is good then the business owner uses it themself. Now I may regret this, but I have to first mention the muffins. Though I favor the blueberry, they are all delicious. And the cookies and brownies? Yep, delicious as well. Now onto the drinks. I have had hot brewed coffee, cold brewed coffee, an Americano, shot of espresso, plain latte, and flavored. Don't ask me to pick a favorite because that is an impossible task. I love them all. And the vintage trailer is just the cutest and coolest thing ever. Such a great idea. Jana is always ready and waiting with a smile and drink suggestion (when you just can't decide). Find Cozi Cup as soon as you can!

My folks and i stopped by for lunch recently when i was home for a visit. They don't eat out much but recommended Steeley's; I'm glad they did! Their menu is short and simple. A variety of diner sandwiches and simple sides like fries or onion rings. There was more, but i ordered a dipped chicken sandwich and thought fries would be the best option. It was a solid choice as the sandwich was very good. Their hours indicate they're open for breakfast so next time i'm over this way, I'm going to have to check that out. I highly recommend this not so out of the way gem near downtown Dearing Ga

When I saw "...and Tackle" as part of the name I knew this was going to be some good food. Plastic trays for food, plastic ware for utensils, and styrofoam cups for your drink. And let me take a moment to get proper honor due that sweet tea. It has been a hot Georgia minute since I've had sweet tea. 1) I strive to consume mostly water and 2) I don't want the disappointment of mildly sweet/bitter tea. But I had a feeling about this place. I have no shame in admitting that I drank three glasses during the meal and got a refill for the ride home. Now the inside seating is nice and cool, but much like the team working here the layout has a family feel. You might be at separate tables, but your conversations will be overlapping. The outside seating follows the wrap around porch, with the very back giving you a view of the pond. We opted for outside and I am so glad we did. Aside from the occasional vehicle passing by, one only heard birds chirping and frogs croaking. Pure bliss. The burger is a thing of beauty. The mac n cheese, just order it. I don't care if you got a salad. Order this and thank me later. And to top it off, the banana pudding. I will try the pie and/or cake another day, but I had to do the pudding. And there was no sharing at my table. I had it consumed before they returned with my card and receipt. I don't know how long this place has been around, but I sure hope it stays so I can continue to visit (and indulge). If you are anywhere near this place, go!
