I was fearful that it might not work, since you can't plug it up there and find out, so I asked the guy in charge of that area if I get home and find out it doesn't work then what can I do. He told me that I could bring it back and get a full return if I do it before the end of the week. When I registered, the lady told me that if I have a problem with it and I just don't wait 30-40 days then I can do the same. Those words stuck in my head so it gave me peace. I get home and we're having problems with it and so I call back 2 days later and the guy who picked up the phone said "That's a problem because we don't take returns or exchanges". He passed the phone off to a woman, and I'm mad I didn't ask for both their names because I would just blast both of them versus the whole business, but the attitude was insane. They acted like I was stealing money from their own pockets.

I was greeted when I got to their warehouse, and one of the employees helped me match my brick almost perfectly. They loaded it up for me, were helpful & friendly, and prices were fair. They had loads and loads of salvaged wood inside -- look forward to checking that out too.

We do a lot of gardening, and while I expected them to be able to calculate the amount of soil we needed based on the measurements of the space we wanted to fill, I did not expect them to ask what we intended to grow so they could bring a blend of soil blended just for that. The deliveries have always been very smooth, and they have made sure to place it exactly where we wanted every time, and the drivers even hang out to consult on other projects when we have questions.
