And when I got there They had no history of me, even calling. This last occurrence , I called early in the morning, gave a Vin number gave a perfect description of my truck. I was told that the part was in stock. I was told over the phone that the part would be put on hold for me. Gave my cell phone number when I got there later on that evening again they had no history of me calling no apart was on order or in stock. Had to to repeat myself a number of times to the guy at the counter. Not sure if he's hard of hearing or just doesn't pay attention. Long story short. Finally got my part. Took it home and it didn't match the original OEM. So now I'm having to go back to the store and get a refund. And now calling the dealer and spend a few hundred dollars more going through them. And unfortunately they don't have it, so having to get it through their manufacture, which is gonna be another week. What upsets me The most is that my truck.
