I cannot say enough great things about Steve Ingraham. His experience and knowledge were very apparent from quote process to the completion of the job. Him and his team absolutely transformed our travertine floors and shower on our house before we listed it for sale. The whole experience was amazing. Steve offered a fair price, phenomenal service, navigated around painter, electrician, and even a Home Depot appliance delivery. He looked like a Director to an orchestra working around all the distractions in the house. He even offered up tips to have Home Depot not scratch our floors as they changed out a stove and dishwasher. I would recommend Steve 10/10 times to anyone who needs stone work done. He will be one of my first calls whenever we need additional work done Thanks again Steve, 5 stars is well deserved! read more

Always do an amazing job on my travertine. Used them many times and always recommend this company.

Unfortunately the brown grout didn't set and bled onto the white tiles leaving them stained. They came back and removed the grout and tried to remove the staining. But must not have gotten it tall out and there are now brown rings in the white tiles. Felt like we paid money to make our tiles look worse :( left voice message, email, and text w no response read more

I highly recommend the Stone Doctors. They restored my outdoor Saltillo tile patio and deck by power washing, stripping off old sealer (that was cracking and looking terrible), then applying new sealer. Steve Ingraham was friendly, knowledgeable, and a good communicator. He explained the process and answered all my questions. Steve and Jamie were very professional, on time and respectful. They completed the job in the time and price they quoted. They did a great job for a good price. I highly recommend The Stone Doctors. read more

My marble countertops were so dull and had so many etchings from years of carelessness on our part. We also had travertine floors in parts of the house and outside that needed help. I got three quotes and Stone Doctors were the most reasonable. I saw the good ratings and decided to go with them. They arrived on time and were quick to get the job done. They also educated me about what the right products were to use on my stone to keep it at its best. I will definitely use them again. The price did not break the bank and I love the shine on my counters now. read more

Fabulous! I can't recommend Steve highly enough. After several attempts to get my granite revitalized, including 2 vendors who insisted they needed to do more than I asked, one with a $1400 estimate, and getting repeatedly ghosted by my original fabricator, I called Stone Doctors. Steve dropped by after some jobs on his way home from work that afternoon and quickly buffed up and treated my slab for $50! I wish I'd called him months ago. read more

I was referred to Steve the Stone Doctor by Mathew Howe. Steve gave a quote over the phone, arrived on time, and did a FABULOUS JOB! My 15 year old travertine looks like brand new. Very very good experience with this company. Steve and Jamie are a dynamic duo. First, getting an estimate was quick and easy-response time was immediate and Steve came promptly the very next day. His price is very reasonable and the work they delivered is par excellence. Second, my lackluster travertine floors are now super clean and gleaming. Their work is so professional. They never got in our way, they moved furniture around and put them back in their proper place. Thirdly, they are super easy to work with-great attitude and lots of enthusiasm. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again for any other work I will need. read more

I can't recommend Steve's services enough. Steve is a real pro who clearly cares about his work. He was friendly, responsive and timely in providing an estimate for work on my quartzite countertops and travertine flooring. He and his coworker Jamie arrived right on time today and worked very quickly and efficiently. I had another company work on my floors a couple of years ago and the difference in the work is striking. My floors and countertops are gleaming and look brand new- I can't say enough about the quality of their work. I'm glad I found his company and will be using them for years to come. read more

Wow - these guys are awesome! I got 3 bids, and they were the best price. They showed up on time, made sure all carpet, etc was protected, and cleaned, sealed, and polished my travertine floors to perfection! I hired this company to resurface the travertine flooring in my house. I would NOT recommend this company since their workman ship is not detail oriented. I had to point out to the person what he has missed. His equipment cracked a lot of stones in the house. I would choose a professional company to do the The company wanted to have their money every day before they start their work! Other companies finish their job and than one the customer is satisfied collect their money. I trusted him with the keys of my house and he said he doesn't have it. I had to rekey the whole house. I am not happy with experience of this company and would not recommend them to anybody unless you are looking for troubles. read more

I loved these guys. The owner Steve came out the next day to give me an estimate which I thought was very fair. Our house took 2 days to finish and they did such an amazing job. They moved all the furniture out of the way and got under all the nooks and crannies. I had forgotten what my stone floors look like. They are beautiful and he filled in all the missing pieces of grout etc. Very professional, efficient, and I highly recommend!! read more

I was referred to Steve at the Stone Doctors by European Tile Art. I was looking for a professional to help remove years of hard water build up from our slate shower. Steve was able to give me a quote over the phone after I had sent a picture to him of the shower and what it needed. He was prompt and while I was out of town that day, my husband said he was very polite and did a great job! I highly recommend him and will use again. read more

Steve just finished cleaning our stone floor and grout. You all know how light color grout can look after awhile no matter how clean you try to keep it. I would highly recommend Steve and his company for cleaning stone and tile floors. Steve was quick to respond to my call requesting a quote and came to my house to look at my floors to give me a bid. While at my house he explained exactly what he would do in each room and gave me a quote. He cleaned travertine in my dining room, kitchen, and laundry room and tile floors in 5 different bathrooms. Our floors had not been cleaned in years and the difference was remarkable. Steve was very careful about protecting the hardwood floors around the stone and tile. In the end, the floors look amazing, he protected everything, and he stuck to his original bid and timeline! read more

I absolutely recommend this company. You'll be thrilled with what he can do for your floors. My travertine tile looks amazing. My husband and I both think it looks even better now than when we first had it installed 14 years ago. Steve, the owner, is fabulous to work with. He gave me an extremely fair bid, told me exactly what he would do, and how soon he could do it. He and Jamie worked non-stop for 5 1/2 hours making it look beautiful. Plus, when they left, my house was spotless. You would have never known they were there other than my beautiful floor! Love the fact that whoever comes over now notices how great it looks. read more

Stone Doctors - Steve - the Owner - did a fabulous job in honing, polishing, and refurbishing our Travertine floor in the living room, bar, two closets, and kitchen areas. Not only is his company highly experienced in honing, cleaning, and polishing stone, Steve is very friendly, helpful, and punctual. They did the work very fast and very thoroughly. Other vendors had quoted us for a two-day job. Stone Doctors took less than a day to do it. Also, Steve gave us a good price - well worth it - and good value for the services they rendered. Steve did an amazing job on our marble countertop, which was etched from the previous owner of our home. He recommended a finish that is most compatible with our lifestyle, and it turned out gorgeous! We feel like we have brand new countertops and have received numerous compliments from visitors. I needed to refurbish my travertine floor. Since I don't know of any contractors, the logical thing to do is to go on Yelp. That's how I found Steve of Stone Doctors. The whole experience was great! Steve was on time on both appointments - 1 to check out the floor in order to give me a quote and the other, to do the actual refurbishment. He was meticulous from start to finish. He would first fill the holes with epoxy as much as possible. Next, he sanded and polished the entire floor before finishing the job with sealant. We are super pleased with the result - the travertine floor looks like new! Steve is awesome! He gives excellent service and his quality of work is very good. His price is very reasonable too. I highly recommend Steve if you are looking to clean, polish or refurbish your stone flooring, counter, etc. read more

Steve with Stone Doctors did a great job on our floors. He took our stained and dull looking travertine floors and made them look great. He stands by his work and told us if we saw anything to let him know. We had one hole and a stain that didn't come out. Steve came back and fixed both of them. It took a little work to get the stain out, but he did it. I would recommend him and use him again. You will not be disappointed. read more

I thought I hated our floors until Steve of Stone Doctors totally transformed them! I am so pleased with the final product! First, he was very prompt in coming out to give me a detailed estimate, and was able to fit us into his schedule promptly. We had just moved into a new home and the travertine floors hadn't been properly cared for. They looked dirty, stained, and dull, and I couldn't understand why anyone would want travertine in their home.... After Steve's work they look like completely different floors, and I'm so much happier with how they make the house look and feel! He was even able to fill a previously cracked tile so that it looks like a natural vein in the stone as opposed to a crack. He was such a pleasure to work with. Both Steve and his colleague were extremely courteous and professional and I was very comfortable having Steve was great about walking me thru the process and answering any questions I had. He is clearly an expert in his field. I would absolutely recommend Stone Doctors again, and will continue to hire them for any maintenance needs that comes up in the future. read more

I decided to try Stone Doctors after having a bad experience with another granite repair place. Stone Doctors was recommended by my neighbor. We had a very long crack in our granite countertop. Stone Doctors first filled in the crack with a matching color, then sanded and polished it. It looks so much better! And they charged half of what the first place charged. The first place I used didn't even fill in the crack - they just put a clear silicone coating over the crack so it remained highly visible, with a wide visible gap in the granite. Steve from Stone Doctors showed up on time, cleaned everything up and was super polite. I see why my neighbor recommended them! read more
