Francisco is good at asking questions and listening in order to get the job done as we wanted. The drywall repair was not simple because a pipe stuck out a bit and some cement foundation was missing. Francisco and his team patched it up like new. He also suggested sealing gaps around the foundation to deter more insects from invading our house, and even made some repairs to our gate and fence. Wow! I can't say enough good things about Fransisco and his team. These guys do awesome work and it's all thanks to Fransisco being incredibly meticulous about everything he does. We just bought a new house and it needed a lot of paint/drywall work. We decided to get a few quotes. Fransisco was recommended to us by our realtor who has had other clients who have used him. Fransisco came to the house and thoroughly inspected every detail (most things I never would have noticed) to give us an estimate. It took him about an hour to go through the whole house. One of the other painters we looked into only took 5 minutes to look at the house! Basically the other guy just wanted to slap paint on the walls. Fransisco pointed out every last detail and I would like to note, he is NOT trying to upsell you to pay more. He genuinely wants you to be happy and get the best work. Fransisco said when he was done it would look like a new house and he was so right! I am so thrilled with what he did for us! He did a ton of drywall and texture work along with painting the walls, fireplace and kitchen brick, shutters, and the staircase! He also installed new ceiling lights and light fixtures for us, installed new outlets (50 of them and it took him all day- thank you so much!), ripped out a mantle, and ripped out some built ins. We changed our minds and asked if he could also do the ceilings and wainscoting which he did for us and extended his time there and moved some other jobs around. All in all I am completely satisfied and would highly recommend Fransisco (I'm very picky!!!) to friends and family. Our house looks perfect now!!!
