Same-Day Cancellation - No Refund After Multiple Attempts…read more I had a reservation with Once Upon a Party Bus LLC for January 10, 2026. In the week leading up to the event, I made multiple attempts to confirm details and received no response. Then, just a few hours before the scheduled pickup on the day of the event, I was informed they would not "be able to make it." This left me scrambling to arrange transportation for 20 people with almost no notice. I was forced to book another company at a higher cost, resulting in a significant additional out-of-pocket expense. I requested: * A refund of my $100 deposit After receiving no response, I followed up multiple times - still no response. The company posted on Facebook that the business had closed and that refunds would be issued within 10-15 business days after January 12. That timeframe has now passed. I followed up again on February 2 requesting a concrete update and received no response. I also attempted to request the refund via Cash App but was unable to process the request. As of today, I have not received any refund or communication. The same-day cancellation and the failure to issue promised refunds or respond to repeated professional outreach are extremely concerning. If anyone has additional contact information for the owners or insight into how refunds are being handled, I would appreciate the information.

I recommend Premium Transportation Services for Limo Service…read more My trip was a bit more complicated and rather than depend on an ad hoc service, I made arrangements with Premium. I arrived on an Amtrak train mid-day and needed to go to the airport (Lambert St. Louis Airport) to meet a relative. The driver advised me exactly what door to tell her to be at for our pickup. She was there and we were able to continue on our way to the final destination. I am familiar with the St. Louis area and have driven the route many times, but I left everything to the driver and he took exactly the right route - most direct and quickest - which impressed me greatly. He was safe and courteous. Even before my train arrived, I received a call from the service wile on the train advising me of the driver information which was excellent. The driver met me at the train station, picked up the relative with me, and delivered us safely to our destination. I was very please with the service. I recommend Premium and would use them again. Highly recommended.

For starters, their website was the only one that I came across that mentioned making their customers health and well-being a priority. They went the extra step and actually provided a short video explaining how they clean and disinfect each vehicle before and after every use. I received an email with the quote I requested, followed up by a phone call from Petre who asked if had any questions or needed more information about the vehicle I was considering. This event was being coordinated with family members and I when I explained that I needed to discuss the quote with the others, Petre agreed to hold the vehicle for 48hrs at the quoted price. This was most refreshing since at least six other companies opted to pressure me into making a decision on the spot and couldn't guarantee the vehicle would still available when I called back. Petre answered all my questions and genuinely seemed to care about figuring out the best option to meet our needs. Four days before our wine tour, Yolanda our driver contacted me to touch base and assure me that my family were in safe hands. She explained that she was an experienced driver and had 20+ years driving for the school bus system in addition to driving limos. I thought this was a particularly nice and personal touch. Petre called the day before to confirm the time and location, saving me from having to call him. A small gesture but one that was much appreciated since I have never had a rental company call me to confirm, I have always had to be the one to call. My Limo STL delivered an exceptional experience for all! The limo bus we rented was clean and Yolanda arrived early so could load our coolers and my handicapped niece on board ahead of time. She also graciously took several photos of our family a couple of time. Yolanda truly made our family's outing a treasured and memorable event that our family will talk out for years to come! The limo bus also exceeded everyone's expectations! It was classy, clean, and comfortable and even more impressive than the pictures online. Yolanda delivered us safely back at our hotel and then Petre called to confirm we enjoyed our tour and everything went as planned. From requesting the quote for the limo bus to final drop off My Limo STL offered first class customer service, safe and clean vehicle, and an exceptional driver. I will no longer have hunt for weeks to find the ideal company to rent from My Limo STL is First Class all the way and still offered the best rate for the vehicle we wanted. Thank you Petre and Yolanda!

Ralph arrived at the hotel to pick up the groom and his groomsmen right at 1 pm as promised. He took the guys to the church and then looped back around to pick up the bridesmaids and flower girls. Ralph made sure to get everyone to the church on time and did so with a smile. I think he was happy to see and help all of us! Once the ceremony was over he took us to a few spots for pictures. The guys and gals all piled into the shuttle-bus and we had our cooler filled with drinks. He helped us get our music connected and we were on our way! We made it around campus for photos, to city garden and then back to the arch! With all the construction it was difficult to get exactly where we wanted to go, but he did his best. Since we only had the shuttle-bus reserved until 6 we actually had him drop us off a little early since we needed to walk to get pictures elsewhere. It was a good experience and we enjoyed him a lot. Thanks for the champagne; we all enjoyed it! My dad also reserved a sedan through Fun Tyme to get my parents and me to the church. I do not remember the driver's name, but he was pleasant too.
