We have used JED limousine for our annual Ladies Day at the St. Louis Cardinals game since 1995. For the past several years we have had Bull as our chauffeur. After the first year when he was randomly assigned to us, we have requested him each year. Bull is AMAZING! He is kind, patient (it's like trying to herd 40 slightly tipsy ladies), and most of all....he is FUN! Working with JED Transportation was so easy! I booked a few different vehicles across 2 days and a few weeks before the wedding I needed to reduce the size and they were able to do so. It was quick and painless. The only issue I had was that I requested for my day of coordinator to be contacted by the drivers, but the drivers never received the note. It was fine though - the drivers were super nice and when I asked them to contact her, they had no problem doing so. In the afternoon of April 27, 2024, I was standing in the street along the side of our house, having just done some pruning. I saw a large "bus" approaching and watched as it improperly gauged the turn and was heading right toward our bushes along the street. Any normal human being would CORRECT HIS OR HER DRIVING, back up, and avoid hitting our bushes, which spanned the entire length of the street. Not this idiot. He rammed right into our bushes and kept on going, bashing the hell out of everything as he drove down the street. I WAS INFURIATED and ran over and banged on the side of the bus over and over, yelling loudly. This immoral jerk kept going. When I looked down, there was lots of blood all over my hand. I called the police and reported this person whose driver's license should be in question. I have his license plate number (MO 4AA71A). Now WE have to go out and correct his damage. Drivers like this should not be on he road, and should not be hired by companies. I would never patronize JED Transportation, located in St. Louis, MO. . read more

I came here to leave negative five stars. I try my best to show grace and understanding but the series of events that led to this makes doing that very hard. 10 days before my wedding I get a call from the sales rep.. He told me they have this "great new bus" that held 43 people and offered it as an "upgrade." Even though he was persistent in trying to sell me on it, I declined the offer. We had booked their 50-person ultimate limo party bus more than a year prior. We had 42 people planned to ride the bus, so we wanted to stick with the bigger bus we originally booked. This was for a wedding, we had 42 people, plus dresses, plus coolers - we needed all the room we could get. At the end of the conversation the man said to me, "well someone's getting switched" and "well this is the bus you would get if anything were to happen" - those phrases immediately made me nervous. I asked him if he expected anything to happen, he said, "oh no we never expect it" and then very hurriedly got off the phone. I told my fiancé about the conversation and how uneasy it made it me. So, he made a call to the sales rep and the sales rep "reassured" my fiancé that no changes were made, and we would still get our 50-person bus. But as he was explaining the conversation to my fiancé, he spoke as if I was crazy for feeling uneasy and how he didn't know why I would feel that way. Well sir - I felt that way because of the comments you made (see above) and because my wedding was 10 days away and he tried to sell me something as an "upgrade" when in fact it was smaller, not right or our situation, and didn't have limo/parameter style seating. Fast forward to 8 days later, the Thursday before my wedding and a few hours before my rehearsal dinner. I get a call from the same man, telling me the 50-person bus was not available because of "mechanical engine issues." He could not explain the issues, nor could he offer any other solution other than a charter bus. Through our conversation he switched his story. He first said he found out about the bus issue the week before and then when I questioned why I was finding out two days before my wedding when he knew about it the week before, he switched his story saying he was only made aware of it that day. So, did he find out about it the week before or that day? And either way, why were we not notified until TWO DAYS before our wedding. He could not answer our questions and kept on going around in circles not answering any of the questions we had. He was very unapologetic, condescending and rude. As if we were crazy for being upset that our bus was unavailable within less than two days' notice. He also made comments such as "you won't find another bus this big in the city" telling us we were essentially out of luck. Not only that, and call me CRAZY (he sure did) but how could those two events and phone calls not be related? There was a reason I felt SO uneasy on May 5, when he first called me. I knew in my gut something was going to happen and I told multiple people how uncomfortable I felt and how I was praying nothing happens because that first phone call put me on edge. But SURE ENOUGH, 8 days later something did happen. And I wasn't surprised. I was very disappointed, but I had a feeling something was going to go wrong. And I could speculate and say that they double booked us, or they knew something was wrong during very first phone call that they weren't coming forward with, or that they lied. Or maybe we did just have incredibly bad luck and none of this is related and it is just a series of unfortunate events..... Take this story and do with it what you will and believe what you will, but if I could save any bride the stress of dealing with something like this 2 days before their wedding I will. We ended up switching bus companies and were very pleased with the other company. And one more note before I end my long rant - I had two friends who used Jed Transportation for their 21st birthdays and both times Jed sent them the wrong bus that they did not book, without any heads up or warning. read more

Used this car service from the airport to our hotel and back. Our driver was waiting before we hit baggage claim, he carried our luggage and had a well detailed Escalade waiting for us in the parking lot. It had water and candy. He was very pleasant d drove very well. I highly recommend this car service company and will use them again on any and all return trips. read more

I have never experienced such terrible customer service. I originally booked a 50 person party bus for my birthday party a week ago. I received a call today from Laura who informed me that there was actually no bus available. Laura was incredibly rude to me on the phone. She did not apologize and told me that there was in fact no bus in an incredibly aggressive tone. She did not even let me get a word out and continued to talk over me when giving me this information. Before receiving this call, I had filled out all of the documentation days earlier, given them my credit card information, and received three calls prior confirming this booking, only to receive this call the day of the event after I had already informed my guests of the details. I asked for a receipt to be emailed to me as a proof of the refund and I have yet to receive this email. read more

The people of St. Louis are outraged and rightfully so! The sorry excuse of "service" presented by this company left much to be desired. My friends and I were going to give our good pal the bachelor party of his life. Upon hearing good reviews we contacted JED limousine and requested our bus be a Mercedes, pick us up here at this time, and drop us off at these locations. Simple enough, right? Apparently every request we made was lost along the way by goofy Erin over the phone. - The bus was a good 15min late. - the table was one push away from being lifted out of the floor - the speakers were HORRENDOUS and clipped throughout the evening despite. Our driver, Lyin' Joe, was only honest about this. Believe me folks; it gets worse. The table eventually did break thanks to Lyin' Joe's sudden stops here and there which caused us to bump into it. Sad! Thankfully none of us were hurt! When it came to drop our friends off, ol' Lyin' Joe was getting pugnacious in his tone when he realized they're would be more than one drop off point, despite that information being given to him clear as day! Lying through his teeth again he insisted we were only making one stop. What a ridiculous situation! Upon one of us receiving a bill for damages previously made before our party, we voiced our concerns with the company which I'm sure they've since deleted to cover their trail, and this was where things took a complete turn for the worst. Ol' Lyin' Joe lied to my face again and assured us not to worry about the table. Can you believe this guy?! Crooked Vince himself gave a call, referred to his consumers as and I quote "Fucking pieces of Shit." as well as other verbal harassments to good, hard working and paying consumers without hearing OUR side! You can't do that! It's entirely disrespectful! I've never been treated so unprofessionally by a business in my entire life! You can't have a limousine business without a proper customer service and satisfaction mindset! They know it, we know it, and other companies know it! I called in to inquire about Ground for a VIP Client. David informed me quite promptly that he had availability and transferred me to Reva. Reva was the Best!.She assured me my Clients would get the " Red Carpet Treatment"Later, I contacted the assigned Driver, Phillip, he answerd right away and advised he was already @ the airport awaiting my Client's arrival. Wow. Just wow! JED Transportation did NOT disappoint. Our wedding hosted many out of town guests, so we hired 7 buses for the wedding weekend between the rehearsal and the wedding ceremony. JED was so easy to work with, was super punctual, and the drivers were so incredibly nice. Since transportation was huge for our wedding, we were obviously a little worried that something would go wrong, but you shouldn't be with JED. It went absolutely seamless and without a glitch. Every year I rent a party bus from JED. The booking process is a breeze, they save my info from year to year - it literally takes me less than 5 minutes to accomplish. The bus drivers are always nice, laid back, and friendly. I've been on party buses in the past where the driver was very grouchy but if you're driving a party bus, you can't get mad about parties! I love that the clean-up fee and gratuity is included with my reservation. Everyone has been on a bus situation where the drunken leader of the party is trying to collect money and a couple of sad-saps get stuck cleaning up everyone's beer cans. It might sound trivial but I think it's an outstanding perk! The only bad experience I had was at another person's event when the big orange bus broke down out in MO wine country and we all had to walk a mile and half to get to the sweet sweet wine in our heels and wedges. However, JED sent out a replacement vehicle, got us all home, and refunded the group a fair amount for the inconvenience. I am a big believer that a good way to judge a company is how they handle their mistakes and they handled this one very well. This is my 4th year in a row using JED for this event and I'll continue to use them as long as they'll have me! read more

Having used this company for airport transportation a handful of times, I have nothing but good things to say. All of the cars are clean and well-kept and the drivers professional and courteous. Even during peak times, it is painless to make a reservation, and the bonus is being able to speak to a live person. The high level of customer service will keep me coming back. Recently I received an email confirmation for an airport trip. When it came to my attention that the incorrect date was listed, I called the contact number listed. Not only did the representative swiftly make the correction, I also got a follow-up email with the notes section documenting that the date was corrected per the customer's (my) request. Now that is what I call service. I couldn't be happier with having a reliable transportation source and will continue to use this company for as along as it is in business. read more

Last year I scheduled service with JED Limousine for a "Break-Up" party and could not have been happier. The driver was on time and courteous to everyone! The booking was very simple and easy, which I did via phone. The original limo I had reserved "X-Factor" had an issue, but JED sent the next best limo they had, the "Ice" hummer. John arrived early to the shoot location and was extremely patient while we set up the scene and executed the shoot. After we were finished at the first location, John drove us to the second location. He was very professional and willing to help when we needed the limo moved. Kudos! I have one recommendation for JED CCL - In the future, it would be helpful to receive driver contact information prior to the reservation time. Great service! Booked JED for a bus to transport the extended family to a burial. I began to receive emails on the appointed day letting me know that the bus was on the way. The bus arrived on-site 15 minutes before schedule time (along with an email letting me know the bus had arrived!) We had to make a route adjustment to stop at an additional hotel and the driver handled it without issue. We toured Bellfountaine Cemetery in the bus and the driver handled the small roads in the cemetery without any issues. He then took us to dinner and was on the spot when it was time to return to the hotel. Overall, the entire experience with JED was fantastic. My boss uses JED a LOT! Or, did. I booked a vehicle for him (stretch Escalade) ... the condition of the vehicle was NOT up to par. But, since the event was planned - calling for a different vehicle wasn't an option. $1,000 rental - and the vehicle had rust - and a broken/taped seat. my boss was extremely embarrassed for his guests ... and I felt awful, since I had arranged the vehicle for him. I did reach out to JED management and sent a picture of the broken/taped seat. I DID receive a call back, and apology. But, the only offer was to give my boss another rental, free of charge. Based on the experience, he passed on the offer. That week, he wanted to arrange a limo for another event - the pricing on the quotes from the other companies was MUCH more reasonable ... and the vehicles were in fantastic condition. So - based on this experience, my boss suggested "NEVER AGAIN". read more

I was very happy with our service from JED Limousine. They were prompt in their communication, arrived on time to the church and got us to our reception on time as well. They accommodated all our needs from multiple stops for pictures to allowing us to have food and drink on the bus. Our driver was so patient, even turning around several times without complaint in Tower Grove Park while we looking for our photographers who were meeting us there. If I could give them no stars I would. I booked with Jed Limo because a coworker used them for his wedding. We booked a specific shuttle bus with side facing seats for our wedding party to be driven from the chapel to the park to do photos and then drive to the reception. To begin the bus showed up 18 mins late. The bus that showed up was more of a passenger bus, which I was cool with but things went down hill from there. The groomsmen got on the bus first and tried to start the music for us but the cables wouldn't work, and we couldn't Bluetooth our music either. We were almost content with just having to listen to the radio but that wouldn't even work! It kept cutting out and was full of static. One of the groomsmen is an electrician and couldn't even figure out their hot mess of wiring. The driver tried his best to get it to work but that made us 30 mins late for photos. Oh and there was no complimentary champagne- water- or ice like I was told there was going to be. And there were fingerprints and smears all over the windows and mirrors like it hadn't been cleaned before we got it. While driving to the park me (the bride) completely upset at this point wanted to call the company and demand a new bus for the one that wasn't working. My cousin took over talking to the "customer service" person. At one point they told her their fleet was all out but somehow they had one bus just return and they could bring it to us. A new bus came to pick us up from the park to drive us to the reception- and we were able to keep our first driver. My cousin looked over the bus for us since we were busy taking photos. Everything looked ok for us, but once again no complimentary items, expect the seats were all front facing exactly like I didn't want. We wants to see the faces of our friends no the back of their heads. When we loaded we tried to connect our phone to listen to music and yes you guess it, we couldn't. The tv they had on it wasn't working, it kept cutting out too. The AC was so loud it sounded like it would fall out of the roof and break and it barely got cold in that thing. So we had to listen to the regular radio since their satellite radio wasn't picking up either. We didn't pay over $700 for 2 buses that didn't work properly. Monday morning I called them and complained about the horrible experience we had and that I wanted a refund. The girl who I spoke with kept apologizing to me and said she could only imagine how upset I was. She said she has to speak with one of the managers about a refund and would call me back. It took her 2 hours to call me back. And their refund was a joke. Only $150 back and offered us 10% off the next time we book with them. I told her I will never book with them and make sure I tell everyone i know not to book with them. They ruined our pre reception party that left us upset for the rest of the night! read more

We reserved a Sprinter limousine four months in advance, paying more than 50% for a deposit. After not hearing from them we contacted them the day before to solidify the pick up times, etc. Despite the fact that they received an email with details, including date, they reserved it for a month later. After discussions (oh we must have emailed you but you didn't get it - sure), they offered us an Escalade limo to replace it. This was satisfactory. They sent two emails stating that the SUV limo would arrive the next day at the appropriate time. Instead they sent an old limousine, scratched up and dented on the outside, so dusty inside that we could have written on the cup holders, and dirty floor mats. The next business day we called - they offered 1/3 off for giving us the worst service and all of their mistakes. Instead we canceled their final credit card charge (which they had put through immediately), and which was a tiny amount more than their offer. Please don't schedule this service for your special day (in our case the limo to hold our close family on our wedding date). We'd hate for anyone else to be disappointed as we were. read more

Showed up on time (actually early which was nice), bus driver was very pleasant and responsible, and most importantly they were very good with communication. They sent me a confirmation day before and answered any calls/questions I had. And while the AC blew out they actually gave me a partial refund. Very professional and I would recommend them as very reliable. read more

I would highly recommend JED! They were very friendly and cooperative in helping to meet the transportation needs for our son's small wedding. The woman I spoke with to arrange the transportation was friendly and genuinely interested in finding a way to give us what we needed on their wedding day. Our driver was absolutely the best! He anticipated our every need and concern and personally expressed that he was " there to make sure that everything ran smoothly" on the day of our son's wedding. Vince, we completely understand the driver health issues and we are sorry. However, we were upset because we didn't get a call to explain you would be late. We had to call your company and your employee told us to take our own cars. We didn't have any vehicles there so we had to wait. They explained it would take 30 minutes, but it actually took over an hour. No communication from your office at all. You would think the dispatcher would realize the bus hasnt left the property or seen the driver. Not good operations. The air conditioner didn't work. We had to call your office that Monday. You would have thought your team would call us to apologize for messing up our special day. When we talk to Erin, she informed us she knew about the situation. She was extremely rude and argumentative. It was a fight to get our money back, and Erin would not even listen to us. Very poor customer service. Before you replied to this review, we wish you would have talk to your team and got the real story, instead of making up excuses to try to cover up a horrible mistake. We have told all of our friends, family and coworkers about this screw up and the way we were treated by an owner. Also, the 200+ guests at our wedding all know what happened and know what company we used. Several who recently called you guys for quotes. I can assure you they won't be calling you back. As an owner, I'm sure you are well aware of how bad or good word of mouth can help your business. We will continue to spread negative reviews about you guys to whoever we come into contact with. If anyone out there is looking for a friendly, reliable transportation company, don't stop at JED/Country Club. Keep looking. It will save you a lot of stress.This company doesn't know how to be accountable for screw ups. The 19 passenger party bus is junk. The stereo system doesn't work properly and A/C is broken in part of the bus. read more

We called last minute bc another company screwed us and cancelled our limo last minute. The lady we spoke with was amazing and got us a limo asap. She was wonderful! The only problem was the air wasn't working great and it was 97 degrees outside. We were pretty hot in the limo the whole time but the service was great and I would recommend them!!!! read more

Perfect in every way. Big Al is a great driver and let my 2-year-old grandson pose for many pictures (taken by his mom) in the limo. My grandson loves everything about cars and this was the biggest one he'd ever seen. So that wasn't part of the deal, but it was nice. Big Al's just a nice sweet guy. Picked up the rest of my kids; went to the Chase Park Plaza for the big wine tasting. And Big Al was right there when we were done--our designated driver! Also a shout out to the office staff.
