I called and the woman I spoke with was friendly and helpful. Received a text confirmation of arrangements. The driver was waiting when I was ready to go, he was friendly and helpful with baggage, car was comfortable and clean. Trip was uneventful and I arrived earlier than expected. Definitely will use PTS in the future and recommend if you need transportation from the O'Fallon Il area to STL.

When I called, the team at STL Shuttle Service was incredibly understanding and compassionate given our sudden family loss, handling our cancellation with so much grace and empathy. We booked a round trip and were able to get picked up/ dropped off at a nearby location from the airport (not listed on their drop down menu) which was honestly very helpful and saved us the stress in finding another form of transportation. We also had a very last minute request for a later pickup and Bryan was able to accommodate our request, very thankful for that. The shuttle was clean and comfortable and our drivers both trips were very kind, punctual, professional, and knowledgeable with the areas we traveled to/from. I am not one to leave negative reviews, but I thought this was one case where it is warranted…read more We contracted Vandalia bus lines to provide for 2 large passenger buses to pick up guests for our wedding at 2 different hotels in O'Fallon, MO and drop them off at our wedding in Defiance MO. About 30 minutes before the ceremony I received a phone call from one of the Vandalia drivers who informed me that there weren't any guests waiting outside of the hotel in O'Fallon ILLINOIS. Yes, while the Vandalia driver was in O'Fallon ILLINOIS, we had 40 guests waiting for that bus in O'Fallon, MISSOURI. My bride and I had to scramble to get other shuttles at the last minute to drive guests to the wedding. Guests were late, others had to drive themselves. We had to delay the ceremony by 30 minutes to allow for delayed guests to arrive. (The other Vandalia bus arrived on time and in the right location) This mistake though isn't why I am choosing to leave a negative review. It was the pretty terrible service we received from Vandalia Bus Lines afterwards. They weren't at all apologetic or sorry for the error. When I called back the next day they were rude and refused to refund the full amount of that bus for the mishap. I ultimately had to set up a chargeback with my credit card company. I would advise that others avoid using Vandalia at all costs. Mistakes will happen, I get that. It's how you choose to treat people that counts.

No stars. DANGEROUS DRIVERS…read more I'm writing this review to report reckless driving on behalf of one of the VBL operators this morning. I was driving in Webster Groves at 8:35am on Tuesday, May 6th when a VBL bus decided that backing up in reverse at a stop sign was a good idea. I was the first car directly behind the bus and luckily I acted quickly, put my car in reverse and stepped on my gas pedal nearly hitting the van behind me to avoid being smashed by the VBL bus. The intersection was Lockwood Ave./Big Bend Blvd. As you may know, this is a high foot traffic area as there are multiple schools located here. This type of driving is not acceptable anywhere, especially where students are present. Unfortunately, I did not see the plate or bus number as I was dodging the bus to save myself.

They should have told me the seats were upstairs and they didn't communicate that! I have never ridden Amtrak before so when I called to order tickets, I told them my son is in a wheelchair so they gave us a "disability discount"; a disability discount and accessible seats were incompatible purchases! When we got to the train, I was informed his ticket was coach only (upstairs) and that it was not an accessible seat because we got the discount. Consequently, my son was told he had no other option but to walk upstairs, with the railing on the right (which is his affected side). With help, he made it, and of course the bathrooms were downstairs. In addition, we had "assistance going to the platform" and when we got there the red cap immediately placed his wheelchair in the train and he had to walk into the train. To make matters worse, we spent 4 hours in the station on the train waiting for a repair. Very disappointed!
