12/31/2023 By far the BEST limousine service I have used in my 76 years on this earth. I had a 6:00AM flight, which meant a 4:00AM airport check-in, and a 3:15AM departure from my Southern Illinois motel to make it all work. Definitely, I was concerned about reliability and timeliness. Booking the service had been fast and easy the previous day; a reassuring phone conversation and a confirmation text message. The next morning (really the middle of the night) the driver arrived at my motel several minutes early. The town car was spotless inside and out (and smelled good too). The driver knew the best way to get to the freeway to avoid a lot of local traffic lights. Off we go, rolling smoothly along the Interstate, over the Mississippi River bridge, when suddenly, trouble ahead. The freeway is shut down by a traffic accident. Emergency vehicles everywhere. Nothing moving. The driver calmly eased over to the shoulder and inched his way to the next exit... then proceeded to give me a tour of the surface streets of North St. Louis, driving around the closure. Back onto I-70 we rocketed to the airport with no more problems, arriving at the terminal at 4:05AM. Plenty of time for check-in, security, and a few moments to relax before my flight. On Time (a few minutes early, actually) - Friendly/Personable - CLEAN VEHICLE! I tried PTS for airport transportation for a work trip. Online scheduling was easy, I received reminders of my appointment and notification that my ride was on the way. When Mr. Phillips arrived, he was very courteous... got me settled in the vehicle and then loaded my bags. I booked round trip service so I provided PTS with my expected return arrival time. When my plane landed and I turned on my phone, there was a message waiting letting me know exactly where to meet my ride. No fuss, no muss guessing where to go. When we arrived at my home, he assisted me out of the vehicle and carried my luggage to my door... he offered to carry them in but my son took over at the door. Personally, I like to have my own ride so I can get in and go, so I was skeptical as to how comfortable I would be with this type of transportation service. Well, I am completely SOLD AMERICAN!!! Great Company to work with. A fair price to get from Illinois over to St. Louis. Went to the airport and the price was less than half of St. Louis competitors. This is an Illinois company, others are St.Louis and you are charged accordingly. Car was a beautiful ride, driver was courteous and professional. He handled all my bags and carried them at the airport to a red cap employee. So helpful I will recommend this company to all family and friends.
