In the week leading up to the event, I made multiple attempts to confirm details and received no response. Then, just a few hours before the scheduled pickup on the day of the event, I was informed they would not "be able to make it." This left me scrambling to arrange transportation for 20 people with almost no notice. I was forced to book another company at a higher cost, resulting in a significant additional out-of-pocket expense. I requested: * A refund of my $100 deposit After receiving no response, I followed up multiple times - still no response. The company posted on Facebook that the business had closed and that refunds would be issued within 10-15 business days after January 12. That timeframe has now passed. I followed up again on February 2 requesting a concrete update and received no response. I also attempted to request the refund via Cash App but was unable to process the request. As of today, I have not received any refund or communication. The same-day cancellation and the failure to issue promised refunds or respond to repeated professional outreach are extremely concerning. If anyone has additional contact information for the owners or insight into how refunds are being handled, I would appreciate the information.

It was terrible, you could see through the back window when using the restroom, no TV, we were told we got an upgrade which we didn't we got a downgrade! Then we found out the bus I paid for was broken or given to someone else, then I paid for the extra time we had it, they thought it was a tip on top of the tip given. It was the worst service we have ever had, when the owners were in Imperial and we rented we had great service, driver and that's why we rented again in less than a year. I will never recommend Platinum Transportation or Fun Tyme again. Also the owner Brad offered me a $50 refund which is a complete smack in the face! Yes we took coolers and Jell-O shots but the driver was fine with it and we even cleaned the entire bus before the departure after drop off as we always do.
