Had the Vintage Rolls Royce for our daughter's wedding after searching for a vintage car for a while to transport the couple from the church to the reception. Mellisa was my contact person and at first I was nervous because she was a little dry and I couldn't see pictures of the interior of the car . You also pay upfront before they arrive. Melissa , however, really warmed up and answered my multiple questions & assured me they weren't a scam (lol). The chauffeur was very friendly, showed up promptly. The over the phone service was lack luster. The lady answering the phone calls was dry as hell. I stated I wanted to reserve the Bentley for my wedding, she said ok (as to say it's available for my date and time)& began taking my card information for payment. Afterwards I wanted to confirm the details in which she then stated the Bentley wasn't available &it would be the rollsRoyce Cloud. That was very misleading of her to do that. Regardless I went with this company. Gave her the pick up address 3 different times because she kept stating the incorrect address through our written communications. On my wedding day the car & driver arrived on time. The driver was well dressed, kind, and patient. He had tissues in the car for me and even helped my father tie his tie before heading out. The vehicle was beautiful! The air conditioning was comfortable on the hot summer day. During our time in the car the gas or exhaust fumes were a little harsh for me but bearable during our short trip. I give it 4 stars due to the lackluster phone service. read more

first of all, the driver was great, and the limo was nice. But it was supposed to be stocked with ice, which it was not. the driver offered to go grab a bag of ice at a close gas station. and we said sure. The driver then returned about 15-20 minutes later. the evening continued as planned. we got back to the original destination about a half hour after our scheduled time. I tipped the driver $20, which i didn't need to do, since the tip and the ice, etc was supposed to be included. When we finally got our bill we were charged an additional $98 for a whole hour. We called the business and the lady on the phone was a complete BITCH about the charge. Needless to say, we will use another limo service from here on out. read more

Unfortunately for my husband and I, we used this company for our wedding day. Disaster. Champagne Limo's owner "Bruce" interrupted a picture that my husband and I were in the middle of taking inside the church to ask the payment for the bus. He asked us to pay the remainder of our balance even though I had called two weeks prior and paid the balance. He later spoke with his wife (the other owner) who told him we had already paid. So they interrupted our day because of their poor communication. It was POURING down rain. My husband asked Bruce to pull the bus to the awning outside of the church so that I wouldn't get rained on in my wedding dress. His response was "I am not getting soaked right now. I will wait until the rain dies down." We were paying by the hour and HE didn't want to get wet? The bus was leaking from the emergency exit that was located on the ceiling of the bus. Bruce continued to be rude and in a terrible mood throughout the duration of the day. I called after our wedding and left a message and no one called back. I called again after we got back from our honeymoon just to let the female owner know how rude their driver was...only to find out it was her husband. She informed me that there was no way he could have been that rude. I would NOT recommend this company at all. We were extremely disappointed! read more

We rented from Champagne for my daughter's wedding and had a great experience with them. The driver was attentive and got everyone to and from the church to pictures and to the reception with no hiccups. The car was beautiful too. Would recommend and will be using them again! read more

I had a great experience with Champagne Limos from my first phone call about pricing. Friendly over the phone and helpful in figuring out how much time we would need to rent the car for. We rented the limo bus and Rolls Royce for a wedding, both cars were clean and so pretty! I will definitely be using them again-I'd rent that Rolls again just to ride around town-such a cool vintage car! read more
