Had such a great experience using STL Shuttle service. I was honestly a little hesitant to book at first because there weren't many reviews (I tend to be more on the anxious side with services like this). However, Bryan was very responsive and extremely helpful throughout the entire process including booking. We booked a round trip and were able to get picked up/ dropped off at a nearby location from the airport (not listed on their drop down menu) which was honestly very helpful and saved us the stress in finding another form of transportation. We also had a very last minute request for a later pickup and Bryan was able to accommodate our request, very thankful for that. The shuttle was clean and comfortable and our drivers both trips were very kind, punctual, professional, and knowledgeable with the areas we traveled to/from. Had an amazing experience with STL shuttle service. My daughter's volleyball team was in town for a tournament. I was in charge of coordinating the travel to and from the hotel. Bryan and staff made it so easy for us. They got us to the venue in a timely manner each day and back to the hotel. There was about 16 of us and they handled it so professionally. not great at communication they had sent me an email two days before saying they would be there at 2:30. And they would let me know if anything changed. so I arrived at the airport made it through the airport until we were outside and . I then called the shuttle service because I wasn't sure. if they were coming. They then told me that they would be there at 3:30! a whole hour. read more

Was going to/from STL to FLW. Driver called ahead to confirm pick up spot. Nice clean van. Very roomy. Driver was nice and professional. Phone chargers available. He offered to stop at a nice rest stop along the way if snacks or a break were needed. They do alot of work for the base so he knew where to go, and gave a mini tour on the drive to the hotel. Communication - I was waiting for a ride at the airport at the given time. I called ahead of the time and no one answered my call and sent a text saying they will call me back because they are on another call. 20 minutes later and no communication I called again and they informed me they are running over 2 hours behind schedule. There was no prior heads up or communication in the earlier hours of the day to help me plan better. I was left alone at the airport with two small children and an extremely rude customer service agent over the phone. If a service is running 2 hours behind schedule they could at least have the courtesy to email the people who have booked rides well in advance. read more

It took a little while to be picked up today. Currently out of door 10 in the center sidewalk. But the driver was super friendly and wanted to be sure that everyone got to where they needed to be. He stopped 3 times as the doors opened and people walked out to make sure they didn't need to get on this shuttle. If they didn't know where to go he would point them in the right direction. I missed my 6AM flight in Cape Girardeau (CGI) and was ready to wait at the airport for 10 hours until the next flight at 4PM. Until I came across STL Shuttle Service in an airport brochure. Bryan (dispatcher) answered my call and sent a driver from St Louis to come pick me up. Michael (the driver) showed up in very good time considering a 2 hour drive AND a thunderstorm in the way. The shuttle (GMC Yukon Denali) was very clean, had heated seats in the rear and an AC outlet in the back. Michael had a great personality, and just overall a great guy. Especially on a 2 hour trip, he made sure to make me feel comfortable and welcomed. I was ready for the worst case scenario, waiting at a tiny airport for 10 hours. But I had the best shuttle experience instead. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone! read more

Were very kind to help us last minute. Our flight was delayed so we missed our connecting flight to Fort Leonard Wood. They were able to find a driver last minute and accomodate our request. Driver Bryan was great and had an awesome conversation with the whole trip, not silent and awkward...lol. Anyways. The vehicle was nice and clean. Great service. The owner Bryan and his drivers are fantastic. I had to get from St Louis to Fort Leonard Wood and had scheduled service with them. My plans changed last minute several times, and they were able to accommodate me with no problem at all. The price is awesome for the distance. Everybody is friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anybody. They don't do local service but they do long distance service like Fort Leonard Wood and other areas in Missouri and surrounding states. I planned a flight to take my senior father on a trip down memory lane. I live in Michigan, but he lives 2 hours outside of Saint Louis, and needs some help getting around. I needed a service that will get him to meet me at STL airport, and STL Shuttle Service handled this to perfection. The reservation was easy. The driver was friendly, punctual, and very accommodating with special requests Every time I called the office to inquire about something or even to change my reservation near the last minute, they promptly and politely answered my call and made everything happen. Amazing service. If you ever go to Missouri Lambert airport use this service if you can. The ride was excellent. The driver was amazing. The service operates according departure times and when my bags got delayed, it caused me to miss the 1pm shuttle service. So I went on their website and booked for 3pm. It was 11:50. so I called and explained my situation and asked if they have any available seats for 3 on the 1pm. The rep asked me where I was in the airport and said if you can get on the top level in 7 minutes we can fit you on the 12pm instead. He was nice enough to give me exact directions on how to get up to the top level (got there before the driver arrived too). I was super grateful because I had my 6year old son with me who was getting restless. the driver had excellent customer service. Me and my son sat in the back and he just kept checking on us to make sure we were comfortable. The topic of discussions were appropriate and most times funny. There were 2 other passengers who joined the conversation and it was just an amazing ride getting to know everyone including the driver. Even though I put a location on where to get off I had no idea where to get off because I had someone meeting me in the area to pick me up, then my son said he was hungry. Because I didn't know the area, the driver was nice enough to drop me off at a restaurant of my choice where my ride came and picked me up. I promise you this ride was worth every penny.
