Guava Berry, watermelon margarita

I've dined at STK with their regular dinner menu and thought it was overhyped and overpriced, but their happy hour menu is one for the books. They have a great selection of $9 cocktails and appetizers ranging from $3, $6, and $9. It's a great place to meet up with friends and grab a quick drink and bite to eat. I highly recommend the happy hour here and will definitely come back! Their Guava Berry drink is great and the Spicy Watermelon Margarita

Updated Review I've always enjoyed my experiences at STK, but this was the first time I left disappointed. I came to celebrate my birthday with my girls for Sunday brunch, and 3out of the 5 of us ordered the all you can eat option. We decided to start with the breadbasket, Caesar salad, and charcuterie board, but it took an unusually long time for our waitress to return, and the restaurant wasn't even busy. To give you a visual, my other 2 guests ordered something completely different, and they were 90% done with their meal before our waitress returned. When she finally came back, two of us tried to order the chicken and waffles, only to be told at that point that they had run out of chicken. That was the main reason we chose the all you can eat brunch, and had we known earlier, we would have opted out. It left a bad taste in our mouths, which was disappointing because I've had delightful experiences here in the past. The service overall was very slow, and the lack of communication about menu availability made things worse. Not sure if or when I'll be back....a place is only as good as your last experience, and this one missed the mark. I truly hope STK brings back the brunch experience they used to offer, because it was much better.

I had dinner here last night and thought our meal was OK. Our server was extremely nice very attentive and provided recommendations on best menu items. We started off with crab fritters and the meatballs both were delicious. For our entrées, I opted for a ribeye because I'm a ribeye kind of girl. My colleague ordered the Seabass. For our sides we opted for Brussels and the corn pudding. My steak was OK. I asked for a medium steak and it was medium, but I wish it just had more of a sear on the top. It didn't have that but it was OK. My colleague had the Seabass, we literally thought that maybe half of it fell off and they never bothered it to put it on her plate. It was such a small portion, like a kids portion. The manager came and asked if she ate any and we said no because she didn't, it was what was brought out. Luckily I had taken pics as I have to write my review with proof. She discounted the meal but we would Have preferred to get the right portion. Nonetheless the small portion of Seabass was delicious. The corn pudding was more like a cream corn and the Brussels was good. Oh I had some sort of Guava drink with gin and it was delicious.

STK in Nashville has an awesome happy hour seven days a week. They even have a late night happy hour. There are $3 option, a $6 option, and a $9 option. They also offer $9 cocktails. Two of my favorites include the Wagyu Meatballs and Short Rib Quesadilla. I also loved their mocktail. It is a really pretty restaurant with flowers, white booths, red walls and a red bull out front.

This place has the same layout as most other STK locations. I love how they have the cowgirl wall art as a distinction for Nashville. Zach was such a nice bartender. He listened well and checked in often. The food was delicious and so were the oysters. I will definitely be visiting again.

Very nice upscale place. Service is excellent from the hostess to the server, very nice, cheerful, and friendly. The foods are good, the meat is lack of favor for us but very juicy and fresh. Overall a great dinner.

Great great service. Fantastic food . Had the Waygu potstickers starter. Little gem Caesar - real Caesar dressing! Both were delicious. For 4 people had the tomahawk and the 10 ounce filet. Medium rare, perfectly done . The "heat temp" on both was almost cool, on the outside- so I'm pretty sure they rested a bit too much before they came out. Great sides of mashed potatoes with parm, Brussels, and creamed spinach . Oh also the bread was pretty good. The desserts of apple "pie" and the chocolate chip cookie were pretty mid. The cookie reminded me the BJ "pizzoki", except somehow not as good. Anyway could have done without . Lovely and fun atmosphere. Would 10 out of 10 go here again.

Beef Short Ribs

I had a good experience visiting this location in Nashville. I ordered the beef short ribs which came with mashed potatoes and crispy shallots. The crunch of the crispy shallots was a nice add to the meal. My only complaint is that my portion of short ribs was a little fattier than I would. Other than that, everything was great. The server was very nice and welcoming. He offered menu recommendations and was attentive.

Pumpkin pie review only: The pumpkin pie is not good! The crust was raw, lacking flavor, and $16 a slice

The food is good. The atmosphere is wonderful. The staff were amazing. A bit on the expensive side but it is worth it.

Ambiance, service ambience, service amazing love this place will definitely come back. The only place open during the snow storm and the servers still had a smile on their faces

Great salad.

Daughter invited us to this steak house to try out, but it was a disappointment. Music is so loud you can't even hear the servers, so don't expect to talk business or chat with family. Mojito was poor and $23! Filet was okay, but super expensive. Salad was great, but the cooked spinach was very gritty with sand. Good desserts. Good bread. Bottom line: not worth the price.

Stay away from the seafood, overpriced and so mid. Steak was good, but the seafood tower was not a tower, not fresh, and overpriced.

You can find free parking, which is really good these days. We ordered fried, crab dip sliders, and oysters. Everything was really good! I definitely want to come back with my husband, it's a really cute and intimate spot. From the time we walked in, the staff was nice. I can't wait to come back. 10/10x

I'm surprised I didn't see this on the top reviews but I will share it -- MAKE A RESERVATION!…read more Okay - now that that's out of the way here is the good: 1 - If you're looking for a space in Nashville that makes incredible cocktails and where servers can help you go on a drink progression, this is your place. There are drinks that are refreshing/lighter and ones that are more spirit-centered. They also have small bites that are really excellent pairs to the drinks. 2 - It is very small. So if you feel like you'll land on a spot because someone popped in and just left, you might be out of luck. We were able to be seated because we came a little earlier, and I believe someone at the bar left earlier than anticipated. 3 - It's quite dark/moody. If you have a person who's weirded out by spaces like this, go somewhere else. If you can't read the menu in the darker/lower lit spaces, bring out your phone's flashlight. One thing that's GREAT about the menu is that they have it in contrasting colors (ie light paper and black ink) and the font is large. There was a spot that I went to recently where the lighting was very low and they used a dark tan font on manila colored paper. If the lighting was normal, it wouldn't have been a problem ... but in lower light, the lack of contrast was not helpful! 4 - The staff is really great. I know that I mentioned it before, but if you've ever been to places like The Aviary in Chicago or places like this, you'll feel that this is right in the same lane.
