Now for the food- yum! We tried the calamari and korean ribs for an appetizer, and my husband had a poke bowl to start. Everything was delicious. I would eat that poke bowl everyday- that might have been my favorite food item, but it's so hard to pick because everything was excellent. For dinner we had steak and sushi (crispy rice with tuna), salmon, chicken salad- again, winners all around. Everyone was raving about their dish. hi yelp fam i know it's been a while but seriously felt the need to review this chain establishment. i have been to another location and had a great meal and great time, even 2 night ago came to this specific location with my bf and some other couples and the experience was like night and day compared to now . stand out differences : No one greeted me with words when i came in and while i was leaving . 4 hostess standing there and not one can say hello or goodbye ok weird I came at happy hour and sat at the bar . the bartender didn't give me a happy hour menu at all i had to ask for one and this place is literally known for its happy hour twice a day . same bartender did not introduce her self and never once asked me if i needed anything , imagine i wanted to drink today she literally never asked me if i wanted anything not a drink not if my food was okay .. she did ask me for a card to start a tab mid bite tho at this point im obviously annoyed and ready to go because eww , idk how good food is bad service always leaves a bad taste in your mouth. she also messed up my to go order and put it in someone else tab while they never got there to go order and then disappeared so her colleagues could handle the mess ups. This newly developed area in downtown Nash is one for the books. First time visiting, but I'll definitely return. Came here for a birthday celebration and was treated and greeted with smiles. Easy 5/5. The corn and avo dip was mid for me. It didn't seem anymore elevated than one you could get at a local food truck or our favorite Mexican restaurant. It is very fresh and light though. Not bad just not my favorite. You have to get oysters. It's only right! For the entree I ordered Truffle Butter Steak medium rare with mashed potatoes, mushrooms and broccolini. It's literally like the hunger games to get a seat for happy hour. I sat at the bar and people were hovering over us waiting for our seats. However, this is probably one of my favorite happy hours in Nashville now. The nitro espresso martini was good and very well balanced and it was half off for happy hour, so a really good deal. The nitro gave it that nice foam on the top. I also got a margarita and that was good. For food, we got the tuna crispy rice and I would definitely eat another two plates of that. You can choose salmon or tuna for this. The poke was fresh and tasted delicious with all the toppings and microgreens. Probably one of my favorite items here. We also shared the Korean sticky ribs and it was full of flavor and the meat fell right off the bone. Another top food item here, it was so good. The wine pours were $3 off 8oz and man, they were nice and big glasses of wine. The tofu and tacos were very flavorful and fun. Everything was hot and made well. It was packed but didn't feel like too much where the house level was overwhelming. We had a nice booth, I just wish it was a little bigger for the group we had. Overall, I had a good experience. The service was friendly and attentive throughout my visit. I ordered the shrimp and scallop pesto pasta and it was okay. My biggest disappointment was the happy hour experience. I specifically came for happy hour, but I was told it's only offered in the lounge and on the patio. Unfortunately, both of those areas were closed that day, and the bar was completely full, so I wasn't able to take advantage of it. That was frustrating since the designated happy hour areas weren't even available. It would've been nice if happy hour had been extended to the dining room under those circumstances. Hot take... Earls is just fine. I think the vibe and energy of the restaurant is better than the food. Sadly they ran out of the steak and sushi which is what I was most excited for. I orders the Cajun filet instead at medium rare and it was cooked medium. I feel at ~$60 a steak I should have my steak cooked the way I like. The flavor was great though. My husband got the pork chop and it was insanely salty. The broccolini on both of our dishes were amazing, probably the best part of the meal. The truffle fries and corn dip are a must for starters. The service was quick and polite and drinks come out so fast! The peach mojito was super yummy. Next time I would like to try their happy hour! Went with the bottomless mimosas with a juice mix of pineapple, orange juice and I think cranberry. To eat, I had the oysters -- I'm in my oysters era AB's this was so worth it! Delicious. Tiny but delicious. I also had the fried chicken sandwich which a side of Caesar salad. Both delicious! The second I came was a weekday: I had more oysters, the horseradish was a very lovely touch. The crispness of the rice paired with the soft texture of the salmon, the pairing of the dashi mayo and other spices creates a burst of flavor in every bite. Great venue with many food offerings. We did end up waiting a little while before anyone came over to our table, but the managers noticed right away and made sure we were taken care of. They turned the experience around quickly, and our server even surprised us with mini espresso martinis, which were absolutely delicious. The happy hour menu is EXTENSIVE, with plenty of great options. We ordered the charred corn and avocado dip, crispy rice with spicy ahi tuna, and the Szechuan shrimp and pork dumplings. The dumplings were hands down the star of the meal--a must-order! The charred corn and avocado dip were also really good, especially with the flavorful sauce and chili seasoning. The crispy rice was tasty too, although I personally wish the tuna had a little more heat. Our server, Ron, was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and gave us some great recommendations for when we come back for dinner. Even though he was clearly busy (which we totally understood!), he was friendly, attentive, and made us feel well taken care of. Tried this place for brunch while I was in town, and I absolutely loved it! Our server was really funny and was great at checking on us without being over the top, and the place itself has such a cute vibe to it! I ordered the sparkling peach mojito, which was really refreshing! It was the perfect start to brunch, and it became a fan favorite at my table. For food, I ordered the chilaquiles. I truly wish they added more chips to add more crunch to the dish since it's primarily made with tortilla chips, but I still really enjoyed it with the delicious twist of the crispy potato pave at the bottom of the dish. Service was excellent; I was with a big group and our server handled our many annoying questions/requests with aplomb. Super friendly, patient, and prompt throughout our meal. The food was delicious. We shared a bunch of appetizers, and I enjoyed the dumplings and the random bites of sushi that appeared on my plate. The dumpling had a chewy outside and a juicy filling, really well prepared. My main was a bibimbap bowl, nothing too fancy but it was well executed. Lots of fresh ingredients, and a sauce that added a little bit of flavor, though I would have liked more spice to the dish. Still delicious and hearty, a very filling entree. The desserts were fantastic; the key lime pie wasn't a classic Joe's slice, but still packed a punch in terms of flavor. My new fave happy hour spot I am a happy hour fiend. I work a job with a lot of flexibility, so I find myself a frequenter of happy hours. There is nary a happy hour I have not tried in this city. This one is top notch. Vibe here is so gorg. I feel like a fancy broad when I'm here, which is not real but a fun persona I play pretend with. Friend made a reservation for 515 for her graduation and it was a perfect place to celebrate . Just new in Nashville happy to be one of the firsts . I realized they use to have one in Illinois but never got a chance to go but maybe they ll re open . Well this place took me by happy surprise. I did not expect to fall head over heels but i totally did. In just the first few weeks i tried brunch, lunch, cocktail and dinners and I have been mighty impressed every time. They got this down, all the way from the kind (!) hostesses to the last lick of that desert you did not know you wanted - you will be happy! They have a normal size menu but still manages to find the perfect dish for "everyone". Amazing experience! Every dish that hit the table was amazing. The corn dip was so good, and the pancake was incredibly fluffy and delicious. The guava margarita is easily one of my favorite drinks I've ever had. Our server, Eliza, was fantastic. She was super friendly, personable, and helpful. Went with a group for their happy hour on the patio and had a great time. Yummy bites and cocktails. There was the discrepancy of a few ppls bill where items were charged full price instead of the happy hour price but the staff fixed it without issue. Nice ambiance and friendly service read more

Service started off great but tapered off once the food arrived. A follow-up check-in would have made a big difference. The tacos were flavorful with a nice kick of spice, though I would have appreciated a bit more consumé sauce on the side. The margarita was superb. The atmosphere is upscale and inviting, but the music volume was a bit loud. It was difficult to hear the bartender across the bar even as she was thoughtfully sharing her recommendations on menu items. Overall a solid experience with a few tweaks needed. read more

This place had so much hype these past couple months I had to try it out! Our waiter was super kind & let us know their specialities are steaks, sushi & margs! We were hoping to enjoy happy hour, but it's available at bar seating only so just be cautious! Something else I wanted to point out was that the waiter asked if we'd like, sparkling, still or tap water. We said still not think there would be a charge... it was $9 for water! And when I looked it up it was only like $3 for that bottle at target so a bit of an upcharge. I do think the food was quite tasty and a great variety but it's definitely quite overpriced. I probably wouldn't come back unless I went for only happy hour drinks! read more

I have been here way too many times for it to be so new, and im going to keep going!! Earls is by far the best thing at Nashville Yards. The two a day happy hour takes the cake. Natalya, Ron, Taylor, Maria, Benny, Lana (and more) I LOVE YALL! Perfect service every single Time- the complimentary champagne is a cherry in top. Whether you are on the patio, the bar, or main dining, its beautiful. You can tell they prioritized training for their crew! Love earls and will continue going back! The oysters are magnificent, steak frittes stellar, crispy tuna or sushi rice hits every time. The drink? Fire! Go!! read more
