I have one style jeans of which I own two pairs (I lost one, replaced them, then found the originals). The pair that Adelso hemmed are way more flattering than the pair I had another tailor hem, because Adelso was able to keep more of the original flare. I trust these guys with anything!

We brought the tux to this dry cleaner in perfect condition - they noted no flaws or prior damage upon intake. We picked up the tuxedo the day before a wedding. When we took the tuxedo out of the cleaning bag the next day, we were shocked to see the damage in the attached photos, both caused by excess heat in the dry cleaning process. When we took the tuxedo back to them when they opened the next day, at first the staff said we must have taken it to a different dry cleaner because they "don't do that kind of damage here." Once they confirmed our dry cleaning ticket number, the staff when into the back to discuss with the group, when she came back all would say is "there's nothing we can do." Note that this dry cleaner Better Business Bureau accredited, so if they damage or lose your clothing, the only recourse you have as a consumer is to leave a bad review and take them to small claims court.
