I really wanted to like this place. First time I go in, quick insignia sewn on flight suit no problem. Months later, they are falling off. I take it in and the guy starts lecturing me about how it was sewn wrong (hello, I took it here the first time) and sews. I pay. Again. Then realize one shoulder has the insignia sewn sideways. I can't bring it back again and pay a third time for the same thing. read more

The guy has flat rate for embroidery and patches sewn on military uniforms i paid $27 total for 2 names (Shirt and pants) collars (rate patch bought from Nex) and US NAVY (also bought from NEX) sewn on the left side. He wont take embroidery jobs unless he do all the patches sewing. You can actually wait for your uniform to be sewn in less than 30mins. 4stars because i only want the embroidery. I can sew the other patches my self his charge was $4 per patch. I did not have so much options. And want the embroidery done asap and hate to go to another embroidery shop. read more

I absolutely love going here I see a lot of people saying he is rude in which I'm beyond shocked because he was nothing but polite to myself and mom! Not a lot of people enjoy small talk and he is there to run his business he answered all of our questions and got my pants hemmed in 10min! I don't really give reviews but when your days away from getting shipped to Japan time is not to be messed with. First off this man is not very polite and doesn't give any explanation. I called in and asked for the price for name tapes for the type 3 NWUs. He said he couldn't tell and to come in. I asked how long it would take then he said 10 min. I said great. Then I drive 20 min and he asked for the uniform and that he could not make the name tapes unless I had the uniform. Again with no explanation and I take it he is to busy for any politeness. This is an awesome place especially if your on a time crunch. I have always just utilized the embroidery shops on base and they take forever. The quality is usually hit and miss as well. This shop is the complete opposite. The work is always top notch and the speed is amazing. He usually just does it right in front of you. I had some work that was going to take longer, and I needed it for a military event, the owner came in extra early on the weekend just to have it done for me. That type of customer service is not really experienced anymore. I highly recommend this shop. read more

I entered to gates of hell when I walked in this business. I came in with a friendly face wanting to ask about having my company shirt embroidered and the little man greeted me with a "what do you want," when I gave my reason for entering, he rudely said NO, and walked away with me standing there. Little did he know, I also needed embroidery for my military loved ones, but nope, I will never step in that business again and will inform everyone I know not to as well. I have been there a couple times because the nex was going to take to long and I needed something done fast and he is fast took about 20 mins to make new name tapes and see them on my NWU for 6 of them. But he is always rude and last week he made me name tapes about 6 of them of all different branches for $6 each (I make wreaths with military branches and the person name on it) but then I go today and try to get one and he turns me down saying only if I had a uniform for him to put it on. I said I'm not putting it on a uniform I need them because I am making something and that he just sold me name tapes last week about 6 of them without a uniform and said "so what" so rude. I'm done going there.. I guess I'll just start going to the nex again. read more

This business is NOT closed. The gentleman who runs this place does an amazing and fast job for military uniforms.

What an absolute ripoff. I just needed wings embroidered onto a name patch. I made the mistake of not asking what it cost up front. Although he did a good job, I paid $27.80 for a tiny amount of thread for 2 patches. The patches themselves cost me $10 each to begin with. All that was missing was the wings. I just don't know how he justifies this cost. He also said Velcro was $6 extra on EACH one. Mind you they already had Velcro and he had to remove it to sew on the wings but he said he couldn't use the same Velcro and had to charge me just to sew it back on. AGAIN, the whole patch with command logo and name just cost me $10 originally and this guy charges me almost 3 times as much just to put wings on them. Absolutely ridiculous. Never coming here again. I should open up my own embroidery shop next door with reasonable prices and just put this guy out of business. read more
