I dropped off $65 worth of dry cleaning, including my military uniform, with a clear pickup date and time. When I arrived as scheduled, I was first told it would be an hour late, then informed it wouldn't be available until the next day -- no explanation, no apology. The staff, particularly the front desk employee (whose name began with "D"), was rude and dismissive. I was then told I could go pick it up myself from the plant where they outsource the cleaning -- a 25-minute drive each way. I ended up spending an hour driving to retrieve my own order, and when I asked the owner for a reasonable price adjustment for the inconvenience, he refused, stating he couldn't give it to me "for free" -- even though I never asked for that. He eventually offered a $15 credit for my next visit but made no apology and showed no concern for the inconvenience caused. I paid the full price, received poor service, and was treated with indifference. There was a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, or basic customer courtesy. I would not trust this business again -- especially if your items are time-sensitive or important. read more

This place was really disappointing. I came here looking for alterations as a complete huge glass panel advertised. I went in and the gal who greeted me initially thought I was coming for cleaning and when I explained I needed alterations she became rude and pointed to a small hand written sign near the top of the door stating they aren't doing alterations anymore. This sign was way above my 5' tall head so I didn't see it. I don't get why she had to be so rude when a simple 'I'm sorry we're not doing alterations anymore but you can take your items here's or something wasn't an option. read more

After new ownership, this place has gone downhill. I always take my uniform pants and sweaters. They damaged 3 uniform pants and fixed 2 but didn't want to fix the last pair. They straight out said no cause they don't know if they damaged them or not. The workers are unfriendly and not professional at all. I decided to take my business elsewhere. read more

If you have a button that fell off or a stain they will get it out for free with your dry cleaning. They also do alterations if your feeling froggy. Since the change in ownership, this place keeps getting better and better. The new owners put some love and TLC into the location and you can definitely notice the upgrades. The staff is always friendly and very quick to help. Pricing is phenomenal. The old owner always said he was "discounting" my prices and taking random percentages off for my loyal business. When the new owners came in I didn't receive the same discounting courtesy yet somehow my dry cleaning has been costing me less than when I was receiving the "discounts". Took 4 fully lined women's business suits here that needed the pants hemmed and cleaned. I had used that nasty sticky iron on tape out of desperation before taking them here and WOW! I have gone to this dry cleaner for several years the prior owner Tony was fantastic. He knew all his customers, he would start getting your laundry just by seeing your car pull up. The new owners are terrible, service takes forever, I have spent more time with them trying to find my laundry in the few months they have owned than I probably did in all the combined time I would when Tony owned. Stains are not removed. Tony would let me know if there was an issue. I have had more broken buttons in the short time than I did in all the time Tony owned. I honestly hope they can turn it around as location is convenient but I have chosen to go someplace else as they try and figure it out. read more

I found them to do reasonable cleaning at a good price until they started increasing their price after doing the cleaning. They claim that they have a cleaning "tax" assessed by the city which made their price increase by 20%. It was a classic bait and switch where they promise one price an charge another when you come to pick up your clothes. I informed them that it is illegal in this country (I'm not sure exactly where they're from) to add hidden fees to a bill. I simply would not trust them and have not gone back. Buyer beware, who knows what they are doing with your clothes (remember Seinfeld?) and what they will end up charging you. Just dishonest people. read more
