Close to home, they have same day dry cleaning! John dropped off his suit and I picked it up and paid for it- easy and Military friendly. Cost a little over $20 for a three piece suit to be dry cleaned and pressed (same day). I am sure we will use them again in the future. Ultimately, because of the finished product and price, I'm a happy customer. But getting there was no easy task. All I wanted was my sport jacket dry cleaned. When I found out they'd also sew a button onto my sport jacket, I seized the opportunity. They told me it'd be ready the next day, about 30 hours after the drop off time. I called the next day to make sure it was ready before making the trip back. They asked for my name, the order number, and told me, "yes, your jacket is ready." I showed up within the hour to find not only was my jacket not ready, it wasn't even in the building. In the moment I was frankly livid, considering I called beforehand and the woman over the phone said my jacket was ready to go. She apologized, (not sure what the reasoning was due to her broken accent) but suggested I come back on Friday after 3pm. Finally, I received my jacket. It was pressed, clean as a whistle and the button sewed tightly. All of this costed a mere $6, which I was very content with. The jacket looks brand new, but due to the timeliness and miscommunication, I'm unsure if I'd use them again if a strict deadline had to be met. read more

Oh my gosh, just one visit and I am hooked. Clothes came out neatly pressed, extremely clean and my collar rings and pockets splotches have been gracefully zipped away. I really loved my former cleaner, but I kept getting back clothes that were not 100% clean. While I am not completely impressed with the customer service, I am THRILLED with the result. I can put up with a lack personal touch when I am looking like James Bond in my clean pressed suits. This place has everything. If you need it Dry Cleaned, they will do it. Need those pants hemmed? Spilled something on your leather pants (do we still own those?)? Found this place very rude. If you ask questions, ex. pricing, etc. They were rude to my husband. When I picked up the dry cleaning I was not greeted, then told the price and after I was handed my card back I said Thank you, and just received a glare from the guy behind the counter. I said thank you again.....just in case he didn't here me... and he responded 'yea and walked away" There are plenty of other cleaners in the area, find a local spot who will appreciate your business and treat you with respect. read more
