Eva did the perfect alteration on my bridesmaid dress within two days, for a great price. Blew me away! Great customer service.

The dress pockets were balled up and the dress wasn't pressed well, the pants weren't pressed well either . My husband was disappointed in his shirt. I've never sent something to the cleaners and have to iron it once I got it home. I will never use this Cleaners again.

Okay. So I waited to get my clothing back from them before reviewing. I noticed them because I…read moreremembered seeing them when we visit Miya Sushi which is right next door. It's in a convenient spot that I pass daily. I dropped off some long overdue dry cleaning Monday morning. Men's dress shirts and slacks. Some of which were from my sister, who has a puppy that sheds. The lady greeted me right away and added my info into the system because this was my first time here. She gave me a slip/ reciept and said they would be ready Wednesday AM. Not a problem because I didn't need them right away. So I didn't get around to picking them up until Wednesday PM. She checked my reciept and pulled out all of the items. She wrapped them in plastic wrap for the transport home. She pulled one of the shirts and mentioned a stain on the arm. I had forgotten all about it. She asked if I would like it cleaned again. I declined because I remembered it was red fabric paint that my nephew had gotten onto my son's sleeve by accident. I gotten most of it off but fabric dye is tricky. That's probably not coming out ever. I paid my bill and headed to my husband who needed a shirt. He grabbed his white shirt that he had forgotten to mention he spilled coffee on. Which was still visible. I guess she overlooked that one because I would have had them reclean that one. I didn't notice until I got home that the dark shirts from my sister still had puppy fur on them. I used a fabric brush to clean that up. Overall, I am okay with the work. I would have liked a little more effort on their part even if they would have added more $ to the end bill. (I usually go to another dry cleaner but they are out of the way- they always took care of things that I might have forgotten to mention before. They would even call if they felt extra services needed to be done.) I have a few more things I need cleaned but I am on the fence if I should return here or go oit of my way to the other place.

I took my brand new Ralph Lauren sports coat to Dry Clean City of Southside, next to the movie…read moretheater. I received the coat back the same day which was very convenient since I had a flight the next day in the AM. As I was about to put the coat on to catch my flight the next day, I noticed that the coat was burned on both my sleeves. Which made me upset that they didn't say anything about it when I came and picked it up. So, I was stuck with no coat that I specifically purchased for this trip. When I got back I took the coat to the dry cleaners and they said they will fix it and to pick it up the next day. Which I did, and they did not fix it. They made it look better than it was original given to me from them the first time. But the material still felt and looked burned. However, the guy at the register tried to convince me that it was perfectly fine. Which I was in just disbelieve that this guy would look me straight in the eye and tell me that this coat is fine and that there is nothing wrong with it. No respect, no principle. Now I would have been less upset if he was just like "yea we messed up my apologies". But to look me in the eye and tell me that there is nothing wrong with the coat, I was shocked. And then he is like "no one is going to notice, no one will touch your coat in that area". Skajdklfj;dasfkljsd who says that. I didn't know what to do so I walked out in shock. DO NOT TAKE YOUR NICE STUFF TO THIS DRY CLEANER. However, if you experience something like this let me know.
