Photo below shows their work with taking in a waistline and hemming up a skirt that I wore this past weekend as a bridesmaid (I am wearing a corset & skirt in the photo). They also steamed/pressed my top and skirt for free. In all, alterations cost $75 with a 1.5 or so week turn around (they could have gotten it done much sooner, but I was in no rush). In my opinion, that is an incredibly fair price for the absolutely incredible work they did! My skirt fit like a glove....better yet, it was a one and done deal. They got it perfect the first time and I have never gotten more compliments on how something has fit me. Recommend them so much so I am writing this review before I drop off items for service! Don't waste your time getting burned by other cleaners/alteration spots. Handicraft Cleaners gets it right the first time and every time!

He also explained that due to Covid, both the shirts would have to be dry cleaned after the seamstress repairs were complete. Charles provided excellent customer service! Most of the time he remembers my name even though I only visit a few times a year. That's impressive! I paid the bill when I dropped off the items which cost a little more than $30. I felt this was reasonable. I was so happy to see he removed the stain from my favorite dress and it looked brand new. And I was pleased with both of my shirt repairs. The first one wasn't putting out any water so I had to cancel it and move it to another washer. Lo and behold that washer wasn't putting out water either so I had to move it to a third washer. Managed to get a guy on the phone and he was able to remotely give me a free cycle for the third washer. Since the washers were all going, I didnt need to get another wash cycle and agreed to text him later when I needed a dryer for a free cycle since I paid for a wash I didn't use. Turns out despite being able to buy a 1hr drying cycle through the app, they can only add 30min increments for free remotely, meaning instead of loading the dryers for 1hr then coming back, I had to wait around for the first cycle to finish then get the second free cycle (to equal out to what I paid for the wash cycle) to get the full 1hr on the dryer. I appreciate that they were able to do anything and tried to make things right, but overall I will not be returning and would suggest a better maintained and air conditioned laundromat.

We got something to drink out of the soda machine, and it was warm. This place needs some major TLC and better management and updated machines.
