They claimed that their "system" tells…read morethem to use this type of oil but when speaking to the Audi dealership to confirm what I already knew, Audi stated that this type of oil should only be used in case of emergency (non 5w40) because Audi engines are sensitive. Ever since getting my oil changed at Stingray Auto with the wrong oil, my car now burns several quarts of oil between changes. There's no leak, no easy fix. This is costing me an extra $50 minimum each oil change now. Stay the hell away if you have an expensive car. They'll pass the Buck as to why they screwed up onto their "system" and have zero accountability!

This was way beyond my expectations. I went to the Issaquah station and they were waiting for me. They were courteous, provided the service and I was on my way within 15 minutes. When I got the bill it was $30 more than I've ever paid there. I went to go to the waiting room to check the listed price, and not only was the waiting room locked (which was odd), but I could see someone covered the synthetic price with paper! I paid out of frustration, but when I got home I noticed that the oil filter doesn't appear to be a Pennzoil oil filter - it's some generic filter. In addition, they didn't clean the car or do any fluid checks. Pennzoil has lost my business, which is too bad as in the past I liked this location. I'll find a new place to bring my cars.

Brought the car in and Mel did a really thorough job of making sure he understood why we were bringing in the vehicle (there was a list!). Shop was very clean and well kept. Mike called us around noon and explained everything. Very professional, unassuming, and candid. I appreciated that he took the time to explain what was done, what needed to be done based on specific issues that were found, and addressed the items they could not diagnose. He even went so far as to explain how issues are diagnosed and that nothing had come up for one of our concerns. Everyone we encountered was friendly, knowledgeable and candid. They called when they said they would as well. So we were always well informed. Will be back!

Luckily they were able to fit me in the same day as a waiter. He said it would take a while but I was in and out within an hour. It was so fast! They fixed exactly what needed to be fixed without any discussion of additional things not needed. I was very impressed with the honesty and professionalism that was shown throughout. Furthermore, the final charges actually were less than the estimate given initially as they were able to acquire the parts for cheaper. When do you ever encounter this nowadays!
