I procrastinated a little bit but then my husband met their consultant Andy and was impressed with their system and pricing. He requested Andy to come back the next day so I could talk to him too and he did. The price is locked for two years and it never goes up like the cable companies. I like how he explained the system to us and how he answered all my questions, he's pleasant to do business with. I was so convinced i had them come back the next day (that same day schedule was full) to re-activate the system and install a new control panel since the previous owner of our house had the push pad version (i'm a touch pad girl LoL) We are lucky that our house was built with the whole security wiring so all of our window and door sensors are not visible to the naked eye which is a huge plus. For any service requests, I have to first go through Central Security Group who then dispatches them to the security company. In 2016, I was burglarized and police suggested I install video cameras. I called Central Security Group. Alarm2000 installed the video cameras and upgraded my system, not All Secure. I was not told that a different company would be installing the new equipment and assumed that All Secure would service me. In May 2017, I had my home re-stuccoed which required the contractor to remove the outdoor security camera affixed to the back wall of my house in order for them to complete the work. They tried twice to remount the video camera, but the view was not good. Consequently, I called Central Security Group to file a request and was told that the security company would call me within two business days. After two days, I called back Central Security Group and was told that the service request was originally sent to All Secure and was later recalled because they were unavailable. They then sent my service request to Aztec Security. Alarm2000 (who installed the video camera) is no longer working with Central Security Group. I was asked to call Central Security Group back tomorrow to sort this out with Aztec Security. All Secure is located 0.50 miles from my house. Aztec Security is 21 miles away. When I originally purchased my system through All Secure, I reasonably expected that they would service my future security needs. I did not expect to be bounced around between security companies. Based on my experience, All Secure is invested in the initial sale and installment and not my long-term safety.

I am not at all tech savvy and could not manage this by myself. My initial phone call with Glynn was very good. He was able to look at my house through Google maps and give me an indication of where on the house the best location for cameras would be. I scheduled an appointment for Glynn and his team (I don't remember the name of the guy who did the installation) to come out and install the cameras. They were right on time and had my cameras installed within a couple of hours of getting here. My house is old, from the 30's, and they were able to install and hide the wires by going under the house and through the detached garage. Once the cameras were ready, Glenn got the system up and running on my laptop and my phone. Once again, I am not good with technology, but he explained it so well that I can navigate the system on my own. The phone app is extremely easy for me to use when I'm away from home. After the initial installation, Glenn stopped by to help tweak the system and help me with any questions. We also did a remote session for other questions I had. The quality of the saved video is excellent. Overall, I would highly recommend Halcyon Security Systems and Glynn and his team.

We've used Halcyon Mobile Security Solutions for almost 5 years even through an ownership change for various upgrades, repairs, and new camera installations. Overall, the quality of their work has been solid once completed, and their technicians are knowledgeable and professional on-site. We did run into an issue with a camera that was sold to us by a previous rep (who is no longer with the company). The camera's speaker never worked as promised, and it took quite a bit of back and forth to troubleshoot. While the team eventually helped address the concern, communication delays made it harder to resolve quickly. Another recent project, getting a quote and installation for an additional camera -- took about two weeks from start to finish. While that's not terrible, shortening that turnaround could really improve the customer experience and help boost their sales, since responsiveness is key in this kind of service. Despite some bumps, we continue to use Halcyon because they do solid work once the ball gets rolling. With a few improvements to follow-up times and communication, they could easily earn that fifth star.

Rick was extremely helpful; he installed cameras, upgraded the alarm system that I had, and gave me suggestions of other things that I could do, including referring somebody that could put a TSA seal on my glass. He didn't have to recommend another company, but he was generous enough to want to help with my security. It wasn't long after that that the burglars returned. With Rick's help, I was able to retrieve the video and provide it to the police. It turned out it was a ring of burglaries, 32 to be exact. If it wasn't for the video that Rick provided, they would have never caught them. A few years later, the same thing happened. The video was so clear that I was able to contact the police and share it, and they identified the burglars and again they were caught. Through the years, Rick and his team have upgraded my cameras and been there whenever I had a question. Recently, I had to change out my internet provider. Mike came and hooked everything up to the cameras and the alarm system. It took no time at all, and he was so helpful and very patient with me. For a tile project, shouldn't there be an onsite evaluation to assess the work required? Moreover, if you had visited my location, I could have discussed two additional tasks that would significantly increase the scope and cost of the project to your advantage. In response to the owner, I did provide descriptions for additional projects in the original request. I was concerned about potential damage to the tiles that could require significant repairs. I have expressly said that I was willing to pay a premium for proper handling of the situation. When I mentioned those concerns, other providers did express a lot more caution about the tile situation and they came out to make sure it could be done. I understand that there's an opportunity cost to come out in person but I expected a premium service provider to be able to do so. That's simply not materialized.
