This was a comprehensive build, a Dolby 9.1 system, and involved a great deal of craftsmanship, fitting speakers flush in the ceiling, routing wires, etc. It looks and runs great. I particularly liked the RTI device he set up, since its a master controller and is programmed to operate the many components in a coordinated way. My wife just presses one button and we're streaming, or we're playing 4k disks for movies. Spectacular. I'm particularly pleased that Gregg is always there when you need him.
