From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how friendly and knowledgeable the staff were, especially senior technician John W. who really knows his stuff when it comes to key brands and their history. John pointed out that the bland keys I had ordered from Amazon were actually meant for rekeying, not daily use -- something I never would have realized. He helped me pick the right keys from their huge and neatly organized collection on the wall, and to top it all off, he cleaned my old, rusty key so thoroughly that I honestly thought it was brand new when he handed it back. That level of care and professionalism is rare these days. If you're looking for expert service and a place that truly values quality, I highly recommend Accurate Security Pros. I'll definitely be back for any future locksmith needs!
