I'm writing this at 3am as the system kept malfunctioning / beeping every 2 hours, waking up everyone in the house. Dispatch says they can't service and need to wait for service hours. Variations of this scenario have happened multiple times. In addition, the app doesn't work properly - it shows door in open position when it's locked. We notified them but they never acted on it. Other than that the app is very outdated (it's not even theirs). Used to have ADT at my old home never had a problem. After the lack of response from their team tonight, we will most definitely explore other options.
