It's been a while since I've met a young person with the willingness to please us and ensure we were satisfied with his work. The configuration which the microwave sat was not your "traditional style." At first it did not appear that it was going to work. I was looking at the possibility of paying a carpenter for modifications. David was incredibly talented with modifying/customizing the unit on site and had it completed within a little over hour. I cannot emphasize how nice to see such a talented young man who really aimed to please their clients. Even after we had completely paid everything off, they kept telling us we still owed a balance. We went into the store and asked them to print every statement because our bank records clearly showed the account had been paid in full. Instead of resolving the issue, we were told their billing system had changed and they no longer had the records. I was furious. I escalated the issue and spoke with multiple people, but nobody was willing to help or take responsibility. The only response we got was essentially, "If you think you're right, sue us." A company that loses its own payment records and then expects the customer to deal with the consequences is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Boulevard Home.

We were backed up 7 customers with social distancing. ALL SELF CHECKOUTS WERE OPEN. Where was this store manager to be oblivious to this bottleneck? Poor distribution of staff given it was the lunch hour (for some shoppers), there were plenty of orange vests in the store doing goodness knows what. The customer behind me said out of principle she won't use self check and allow store to save money on staff and NOT pass any savings on to customer.
