I called Appliance Wholesalers Plus and spoke with Rustyn. He was extremely knowledgeable in what I needed, and very kind and professional. He provided me with a few options, and we soon agreed on what was needed. Ian, the manager, also very kind and professional set up an installation the very next day. David, showed up, with a "can-do" attitude and with a very kind and professional demeanor. It's been a while since I've met a young person with the willingness to please us and ensure we were satisfied with his work. The configuration which the microwave sat was not your "traditional style." At first it did not appear that it was going to work. I was looking at the possibility of paying a carpenter for modifications. David was incredibly talented with modifying/customizing the unit on site and had it completed within a little over hour. I cannot emphasize how nice to see such a talented young man who really aimed to please their clients. I will use Appliance Wholesalers Plus in the future when in need and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of appliances. True professionals! Still no response. The next day I reached Amanda by phone; she said their prices were typically low and they wouldn't be undersold. I told her I had gotten a quote in California but that I would prefer to do business locally and avoid the freight charge. She did respond with an email quote very quickly; it was at least 30% higher than a quote I had from a California retailer INCLUDING a freight charge to ship to Virgin, Utah. When I let her know initially that she was high, she told me to send a written quote with the competitive pricing and that - once again - they wouldn't be undersold. That didn't feel ethical or fair to the salesperson who had worked hard to provide the lower price. Additionally, why should I do their work for them? Look elsewhere.
