I mention this to give credit to the female bartender who was hustling her tail off. Once seated she came over and took our drink order. THE ONLY NEGATIVE THING I WILL SAY ABOUT THIS PLACE IS THERE WAS NO DRINK MENU. Our gin and tonic, brandy old fashioned, white Zinfandel, and Bloody Mary with a chaser came out extremely fast. A perch dinner, beer battered fish fry, chicken tender, and a classic burger were ordered. We waited about 20 minutes for our food to arrive. My 3 piece beer battered cod was flaky and not greasy. My husband's perch came with 2 large filets and he said he really liked it. Chicken tenders are chicken tenders and hard to mess up haha. My dad said his burger was flavorful and juicy. For all 4 of us ordering food and having alcoholic beverages, our bill came to a little over $100. The bartender thanked us for our patience since she was the only person working, but we didn't feel we ever waited a long period for anything. Will definitely be back.

We get it, you're busy and I'm sure some people you served weren't nice either but let's not take it out on others prepared to be nice and tip well. The fish fry being offered as a staple menu item is appreciated and the prime rib is always great. The woman behind the bar was nice as was the gentleman bar backing and the other gentleman helping bus and set up tables.

It's just a roadside bar/ restaurant. We were there in the winter so a lot of snowmobiles had stopped to eat. The pan seared scallops seemed out of place but looked so good. I'm glad I went with it. I love celery root puree and the greens and bacon just brought it to a new level! My husband enjoyed the huge braised beef shank. I would highly recommend. Service was great as well and the prices were right.

Ordered the curry cauliflower, cherry and almond appetizer it was was good however being from the Caribbean I couldn't taste the curry but I love cauliflower and it was a nice combo just needed a little more flavor. The only problem was my prime rib was cold, I let the waitress know and they gave us a discount. My partners prime rib was perfect. The service was great our waitress to good care of us and the restaurant was clean and our table was clean and quiet. We will definitely go there again to try some other things on the menu.

Our drink order got taken right away and the drinks came promptly. We tried the OG Fungo stuffed mushroom app and the duck tenders. The stuffed mushrooms were great and I'd order again. The duck tenders were forgettable. I ordered the pretzel pork schnitzel and my brother in law got the Thai steak. Portions were large and the entrees came out in a timely manner. Both were interesting concepts, different than standard menu options. The schnitzel was good, not great. The pretzel breading didn't really provide the flavor or texture boost I expected. The Thai steak was flavorful and a hit

We stopped here on the 4th of July as it was one of the few places open. They were busy, all the tables were filled when we arrived, and our waitress was moving. Portions were generous and everything was delicious. I'm glad they had a full menu because the last time we were there they didn't. We all left full and satisfied.

A disappointing and, in my view, deceptive billing practice…read more Our bill had an unexplained "Advantage Program" charge of $2.53 added to it. Nothing about the words "Advantage Program" tells a customer that this is actually an additional 3% fee. Even more troubling, the 3% appears to have been calculated on the food, drinks AND sales tax. If a restaurant wants to charge customers an additional 3%, say so clearly and prominently. Call it a service fee, processing fee, or whatever it actually is. Don't bury it on the final bill under the friendly-sounding label "Advantage Program." The amount is small. That's not the point. Customers should know what they are being charged and why before the charge appears on their bill. And while we're talking about unexpected charges: $2.50 for a Diet Coke, plus another $2.00 charge for a Diet Coke, despite the receipt separately showing four "Soda Refill" entries at $0.00. If refills aren't actually free, that's fine--but again, just tell customers what they're paying for.

I like their signature old fashion and Margherita, and I especially like their mint smash burger (no mint in it!) and various tacos, and they also serve a great fish fry. Make sure to grab a complimentary chocolate mint served as you exit the spotless bathrooms.

My wife stayed back for a little bit, and I went on the hunt for pizza. The first bar I went to, it was about 8:45. Well, they stopped serving food at 8 o'clock. Blew my mind. So then I used all of my skills to try to find a place. Damn, there's nothing around! So I'm driving around, kind of getting worried about finding something to eat. I pull up to this place and walk in, and someone who was already there just happened to ask, "Are you still serving?" I said, "Yeah, I want to know too!" They stopped serving at 9. It was 8:57. The bartender asked the cook, "Are you cooking anymore?" "Sure, why not?" I felt the heavens open up and the angels were singing, because I was hungry as hell and nothing else was open! Sat back, had a couple beers, grabbed my pizza, brought it back to camp, and the pizza was fantastic. Thanks, Erik's Pub & Grub, for saving the night!
