They surely don't care about presentation or the fact that you could drive over something and pop your tires. I was hearing a loud noise from my modified exhaust that didn't sound normal. Once we looked, we found that it was a missing bolt. They let it cool down and replaced the bolt. Then they decided to charge me $50 to replace 1 bolt. A little too high of a price for one bolt. Then they had me drive off the lift without any type of guidance. If my car would have fell off the side, I would have been very angry.
